We've taken the time to make sure our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features only the very best in technology, comfort, class, and convenience. We strive to make our condo the one you come back to year after year! We visit the condo several times a year to make sure it is well kept, do deep cleanings, and keep it in great shape!

You will be impressed the moment you walk in the door. Floor-to-ceiling windows/doors in every room allow a magnificent view of the breathtaking Emerald Coast shores and downtown Destin. Walk in Closets with extra hangers,Crown Molding,and Silent fans in every room are just a few of the features that set our condo apart from others at Silver Shells.

Master suite features a king bed, guest bedroom a queen bed, and living room provides a queen sleeper sofa. The matresses in the bedrooms are of high quality and we personally picked them out to assure our guests great comfort.

Only the best in technology is offered. Both the living room and master bedroom boast 42" plasma flat screen televisions, while the guest bedroom offers a 30" plasma flat screen t.v., along with DVD/VCR/CD players in every room. The living room is also equipped with a premium surround sound system.

** How far away is the beach? -- SILVER SHELLS RESORT IS RIGHT ON THE BEACH; THERE ARE NO STREETS TO CROSS! THE WALK FROM OUR CONDO DOOR TO THE BEACH IS 2 MINUTES!

** Are there activities for kids? -- Silver Shells sits diagonally across the street from Big Kahuna Water Slide Park, as well minniature golf and an amusement park for toddler sized children! The Resort also boasts a kiddie pool and small playground.

** How close are you to shopping centers and resturaunts? --Approx. 5-10 minute drive to both upscale and outlet stores. Wal-Mart is directly accross street. Ruth Chris open and located on property. Other resuraunts in walking distance as well.

  • We stayed in this condo for the Labor Day Weekend. It was a wonderful getaway for two couples. I have tried renting from other owners, but none were as easy as this experience. There were no worries from beginning to end. The condo was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely return again!

  • We stayed in St. Lucia 1004 July 11-17th and had a wonderful time. The condo is very nice, tastefully decorated and served our needs. We had a 17 month old with us and therefore rented a crib locally. The owner was helpful in getting this arranged. All of your basic needs are provided in the condo and the resort is nice. I was especially pleased at how efficient the elevators were given we were on the 10th floor. It never took over 1 minute to have one arrive to get us. The resort pools and beach area are very nice. It was great that the owners of this condo provide chairs for the beach since we didn't want to do the daily rentals. This meant one less thing to have to pack. All in all it was a good trip and the condo met all of our expectations.

  • The condo is so much better than the pictures show:) The resort was very nice and we it has an awesome pool and cardio workout room with TV's on every treadmill. The view of the ocean from the balcony was wonderful. This condo is totally beautiful and very modern and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
