Comfortable Villa completed in 2005 with caged pool and spa with panoramic views overlooking lovely lake. Furnished to a very high standard. It comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, open plan living area, dining area with fitted kitchen off this, separate utility room, and a large double garage.
The fully furnished Master bedroom has queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second main bedroom has a queen-size bed also. The third bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom is located in between the second and third bedrooms for convenience.
The Living/Dining Area is well furnished and has cable TV along with DVD player and CD player and a selection of DVDs, books, magazines and music CDs are available for guests use. The kitchen area is well equipped with cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer and icemaker, coffeemaker, kettle along with cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc. for both in-house and poolside use.
The utility area has a large washing machine and dryer. a gas barbecue for guest use is stored in the garage. House linen and towels along with beach towels are provided. The pool area has a full set of patio equipment including dining table, chairs, loungers, etc. and a large Lanai with inbuilt roof fan. Regret due to allergies of some guests no pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted inside the villa. The pool and spa do have a large electric heater for winter use.
