This beautiful beach complex is located directly on the beach. It is in a complex called The Diplomat. Only a 200 yard walk to the sand. No more hauling beach supplies to and from the Beach. Two bedrooms and one bath, with a pull-out couch. Fully stocked kitchen with linens for the bedrooms and bath. DVD and television provided. Newly tiled floors. The monthly rate is $1400 December to April. ($1300 May to November)(Deposit and cleaning fee required.)
We also have a unit in the same complex that opens directly to the ocean. You can walk out the patio and right on to the beach. It will be available starting May 1st. Please inquire regarding rates and availability.

Enjoy shared use of a pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and horseshoes. Private beach access. Washer and dryer facility on property grounds. Walking distance (across the street) to several restaurants and shopping including Wendy's, Sonny's Barbecue, and Publix Grocery Store. This is a beautiful place and the convenience of not having to drive to the beach is unbeatable.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* $65 cleaning and laundry fee (we provide all sheets and towels).
* $300 Security Deposit required (or credit card number for short-term rentals).
* Full payment required 45 days prior to arrival.
* We accept checks & money orders.
* No Smoking in unit and No Pets.
* Must be 25 years old or older.
A $300 security deposit (for rentals one month or more) is required to begin the reservation process. Utilities (if applicable) are subtracted from this amount once bills have been received from owners and your deposit is generally returned within 30 days of check out.

It is so nice to be able to just walk up to the beach. No driving and parking. We just walk out of the unit and right to the beach.

It has been fun becoming familiar with many of the local restaurants and bars. There are many unique places that are fun and inexpensive.
