This newly renovated unit is two houses from the surf in the quiet, safe, residential neighborhood of Pleasure Point. It is a favorite of surfers and beachcombers and at low tide it is a short walk below the cliffs to Capitola. Walk to Capitola Mall, drive to the Beach Boardwalk in 10 minutes or the Monterey/Carmel peninsula in 40 minutes. Or just enjoy the lights of Monterey across the bay by night and views of the Bay and surrounding mountains by day. The nearest breakfast place is a two-block stroll along the bay and the Boardwalk is just a few minutes drive away.
This top floor unit has two bedrooms and bath - one with a queen bed and the other with twins which can be joined to form a king. Both bedrooms have wall to wall mirrored closets. There's a large living room (with sleeper sofa) and dining area with glass patio doors to the deck which has a nice water view. There's also a large deck adjoining the entry door. The remodelled kitchen has new dishwasher, gas range, over-the-counter microwave and refrigerator with a large breakfast bar connecting it with the living room. Completely and well-furnished for a carefree vacation - linens to hairdryer. Two private parking spaces. Pets with well -behaved companions are welcome.

Year Purchased: 2003
Though we live in the San Francisco Bay Area, we've been coming to Santa Cruz every year since 1979 and recently realized the dream of owning our own vacation property here. Each visit we usually find something surprising and new to do . . . unless we choose our favorite old standby which is to lounge by the bay or take a long walk by the ocean. We welcome inquiries about the amenities our property has, and will try to fill any special request you may have. After all, a vacation is for total enjoyment!
