Street View - Las Vegas, NV Luxury Golf Course Vacation Condo in Summerlin Luxury Golf Course Condo home located on the 7th fairway of the TPC Summerlin Golf Course. This is a very upscale, gated area. It is one of Las Vegas' top locations. Beautifully furnished from the bottom up! This is my second home rather than a typical rental. As a result, I have furnished it with top quality pieces and stocked it beyond what you would normally expect. The furnishings are All New: featuring Dual Master Suites with large bathrooms and plenty of walk-in closet space. Each Master has a King bed and the 3rd bedroom/loft has 2 twins (which can be pushed together to form another king. The Great Room also has a sleeper sofa for large groups or families. The property features a large custom granite kitchen with ample custom cabinetry. This eat-in kitchen opens to the family room and has all the modern conveniences. It is fully equipped, featuring TV, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and kitchen utensils. The two story Great Room contains a fireplace and 50 inch Sony Wega entertainment center with full surround system. (HDTV, DVR, DVD, X-Box (+games)). There are three recreational slot/poker machines to give you that vegas feel if you desire. Many windows allow for an open and airy feeling and a close connection to the golf course. The dining room features a beautiful glass top table, perfect for entertaining. A highlight is the huge patio with water fountain and views of the golf course! It also has an umbrella table with chairs, as well as a gas BBQ. We have a 2-car garage (with full size pool table), separate laundry room with Washer and Dryer and patios on each Master suite. The location of the property is ideal, right on the TPC golf course and near the end of a private, quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic. There are dozens of shops and restaurants, a superb spa, plus three casinos are within a 5-10 minute drive (JW Marriott, Suncoast and Red Rock). To top it all off, it is only about 15 minutes to the Las Vegas Strip. The house is fully furnished. All linens, towels, kitchenware, etc. You should have everything you need to have a great stay!
