Experience the best vacation ever in a spacious top floor unit overlooking Destin Harbor and the marina. Holiday Isle is the quiet corner of Destin, conveniently close to all the fun and activities, but away from the traffic and congestion. Tastefully decorated, you can entertain friends and family but find enough space to still "get away". Security code needed to enter the parking area, pool, and unit. You can even save gas since the Destin Shuttle runs all year to local attractions with a stop just yards away from the gate.
You may begin your day in the gym equipped with exercise and cardiovascular equipment. Then sip coffee and enjoy your breakfast on the balcony overlooking the tennis court and Destin Harbor.
East Pass slips by the beach area and only 100 yards away is the Blue Lagoon for swimming and snorkeling. Gulfshore Drive allows easy access to busy Hwy 98 at the light.
Internet access is provided. Boat slip is available for additional charge. Boats are limited to 36' by order of the DEP (sorry!)
Waterview Towers is a mixed residential and rental community. Guest groups should have at least one individual over 25 years of age who will act as the adult representative of the group. You may be asked to provide proof of meeting this requirement.

Gorgeous Harbor View in Style

I've stayed at three Gulf-view properties in the Destin area. This time, I went for something different: a harbor view. I'm very glad I did. Watching the boats in the marina and those passing through the harbor was relaxing and fun. The penthouse-level balcony provided the perfect perch. Even from inside, the view was great as the three-bedroom condo boasts expansive windows from the master bedroom through the living area to a second corner bedroom. Even the third bedroom has windows with a view of both the harbor and the Gulf-side entrance to the bay and harbor. Most condos in Destin along the beach face south, so there's only a limited view of east and west. This condo angles east and west, with the refulgent sunrise on full display. It's a magnificent sight rising above the harbor. I live in Destin, but had friends coming in for the weekend. This unit fit us perfectly: three bedrooms, four beds, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a pool, a hot tub, a tennis court, and beach access. Excellent restaurants are a short drive (or there's a shuttle to Harborwalk during the day), such as McGuire's Irish Pub (heavy, but delicious), Dewey Destin (very fresh seafood with a harbor view: you can see the condo from its back deck), Harry T's (very nice Sunday brunch; the food is hit or miss, but the view is hard to beat as you watch the boats enter the harbor), and more. One more thing I should mention: the owners are very accommodating, responsive, and helpful. When I asked a question about a shuttle to Harborwalk, she called the Emerald Grande concierge desk and sent me an answer very quickly (with the concierge's phone number). The first night in the unit, I left a question on voicemail; within a few minutes, she returned the call with an answer. Overall, my experience was very positive. I would definitely recommend both this property and this owner.

Condo is wonderful. It is very well kept and the owner is extremely responsive. It has great views of the Destin Harbor so you can see the boats. It is locted in a wonderful building with a great pool hot tub and it's own private beach. You will be spoiled. Condo Unit has many plus but one of the best is it's own ice maker. We will be back and stay in this unit again.
Owner response:I have enjoyed Destin as a vacation destination since 1956. The Holiday Isle area of Destin is close to all the activities yet quiet enough for a truly relaxing vacation.

Great location and great view of harbor. Close to great snorkeling and Crab Island. If you rent the boat slip you can be anywhere around the harbor fairly quick. Nicely decorated! We loved the firework& airshow on Thursday!
Owner response:Destin has been home to me off and on since 1956. Waterview Towers on the Harbor is the best location I've found for being close to the action yet off the main stream to allow a quiet, relaxing time.

This is a wonderful property with views that our incredible. The pictures on the website looked nice, but the actual view is so much more. Most important, the unit was nicely decorated and very clean and neat. We enjoyed the cabana so much. It made our time at the pool and beach much easier. I cannot say enough about how lovely the grounds are in addition to being very secure. We had a group of four adults and one child and were very comfortable. Thank you again for providing a wonderful place for our vacation! We will definitely stay again.

This is our last day here and we are sad to go. The views are spectacular. If all you did was sit inside and watch the boats glide by and the birds fly by you could not have a more relaxing and enjoyable time. The kitchen is well equiped. The furnishings are attractive and in good condition. The condo is clean and without bugs. The beds are comfortable and the air is cold. The building and grounds are maintained and the management and residents are helpful and friendly. There's plenty of things to do for all ages in Destin and the restaurants are great. This is a great place to vacation and we look forward to coming back!
