  This condo was pretty much as presented on VRBO, wonderful views, nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. The kitchen furnishings were very basic, but met our needs which were only breakfast and an occasional lunch. The living room air conditioner was quite noisy but fortunately not needed much. We'd definitely consider this unit again, especially if the AC is repaired.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

  My husband and I stayed at this condo for a week in Novemebr and were very pleased. The location is ideal for long walks on the beach at Lover's Key and picking up shells. It is also a short drive to all the restaurants on Ft. Myers beach. The view from the balcony is lovely. Unfortunately the weather was a little cool when we were there so we did not get to enjoy the pool, but the beach in front of the condo was very nice to lay out on. It was not crowded at all. The other people in the building were very friendly. The only negative feature in the condo was the shower which just needs a new shower head. We had many wonderful meals. Flippers is a short walk from the condo and the food is delicious, their breakfast lobster benedict is amazing. We also enjoyed: Nervous Nellies for good casual food and fun atmosphere. Zushi Zushi had the best sushi and my husband who does not eat sushi said the beef teriyaki was the most tender he has ever had. Bay Front Bistro was an expensive dinner but well worth it. We did an all day Everglades tour which was so much fun. We also did a sunset dolphin cruise. Both were with Good Time charters. Overall we love the area and want to return. We would definitely stay here again.

  Another fantastic vacation at your condo! Your condo is not only beautiful but functional as well for our family of 4. The pool is awesome and the Tiki huts they added on the beach were even better. We got spoiled by watching dolphins everyday from our balcony! Thanks again for opening up your condo to my family and we will visit you soon!

  we had a great time on our vacation. condo fit our needs well. we loved being on the beach. the pool area is really nice. weather was perfect all week. we went to three twins games while on vacation. the only bad part of our trip would be trying to get across san carlos ave bridge. twice we had a 30 minute in traffic crossing the bridge. recommend going around the south side to go mainland. the owner was very helpful with any questions i had.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

  We decided to do something different this year and spend a long Thanksgiving weekend in Florida. Have been visiting Ft Meyers Beach off and on for over 30 years. It's a great vacation spot. We've stayed at many different places along the beach but we like this one best of all. The unit is in great condition with a really nice bay view from the balcony. The complex is quiet and well maintained with secure gated access. There's lots to see and do in the area with trolley service available if don't want to drive. It's a keeper. We'll be bac

  We had a wonderful time when staying in this condo. The furnishings are beautiful and brand new. The view from the balcony is great; there is water everywhere you look. The pool can be seen from the balcony and you are in walking distance to a great seafood restaurant. Also, go the park during your stay and visit the town of Bonita Springs. We cannot wait to go back!
