Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$500/night (two-night minimum)from May through October and holidays
$3000/week; $150 Cleaning Fee per rental.
$500 refundable security deposit within 14 days of rental ending.
Full amount due three weeks pior to arrival.
50% deposit on rental rate at time of rental.
Winter rates are $350/night or $2100/week for groups of 4 or less
November through April - otherwise same as above
