You are not dealing with an out of state owner when you stay at my units at Bermuda Bay. I am within 5 minutes of the complex and will do my best to provide you with anything I can to make your stay more enjoyable. You can call me direct and get instant help with problems, concerns, information about places to go , places to eat etc. That has been one of the reasons why many people return here and rent one of the over 40 units that I manage there from 1,2 and 3 bedroom units to townhouses.

I started renting units at Bermuda Bay when a very dear friend passed away who had 10 units that he managed there. My wife has a cleaning business and she used to clean them all for him. I am a Realtor for Sales also so when he knew he was dying, he asked if we would continue taking care of the units. We both agreed and were not only grateful but honored. He passed away one week from then and we have developed th business from 10 units to well over 40 units and it has been a joy meeting new people and striving to make our friend proud by taking care of everyone. We try very hard o make everyone's stay enjoyable and by doing so we have a huge group of returning clients.
