Why the Owner Chose St. Simons Island
This is a very nice, private, quiet neighborhood and the condo is very tastefully renovated (we bought it this way!!). The private dead on marsh location is unique and offers million dollar views and experience, especially from the top deck. This is a rare find on SSI for the price and we couldn't pass it up!

Peace and quiet and beautiful setting! Great neighbors for those staying long term...Pool right across from the condo if you want to take a dip in summer. Very easy on and off island access. Walking and biking trails all around area.

This was the first SSI property Bill and Cindy purchased back in 2005. They love it so much they couldn't part with it when they purchased their full time residence on the island.
