HELP US HELP YOU -- Our rates include cleaning and taxes. It applies to new reservations only.
We are now making reservations for Spring and Summer. While we are non smoking and no pets, we WILL RENT TO responsible young adults.
Spring Break weeks are 1200.00, including all taxes and cleaning.
Security Deposit is $250.00, which is fully refundable if there is not any smoking, damage or pets.

Our calendars may not be up to date, as we have 10 units in Panama City Beach. In addition to the Horizon South Units we have units at Treasure Island and the Dunes of Panama -- those are directly on the Gulf -- click the "see all my listings" for information on those units.

The 3 bedroom units sleep 8 and the 1 bedroom units sleep 6. Each has recently been renovated and is waiting for a family that wants to enjoy the beach.
These wonderful units are designed to host your family when mine is not there. With something for everyone on site, everyone will be happy.
Our three bedroom 2 1/2 bath units, which sleep 8 or 10 depending on the unit, were designed for family fun at the beach.
Your family will enjoy Horizon South. We have 2 three bedroom units. You can all enjoy the resort with room to spare.
Our units rent individually, but if you need more than one unit, near each other, for a large family or a group of friends traveling together, our units may be perfect for you.
We also have a smaller one bedroom unit that sleeps six. This single level unit will accomodate a wheel chair. There are 1 1/2 baths; a queen in the bedroom; built in bunks, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the large living room. This unit is located at the 4th pool and is idea for a couple with 2 to 4 children. It is larger than any hotel room and just as economical.
Horizon South is one of the best resorts on Panama City Beach. Its location provides ease of access. With so many amenities, you will never want to leave.
Idea for families with teens or younger children. There are 4 pools, shuffle board, an 18 whole minature golf course, hot tub; fitness center; basketball, and tennis. Several excellent resturants are within walking distance.
The sands of the Gulf of Mexico and its crystal clear water are only steps away. Horizon South is located on the east side of Front Beach Road and the Gulf is on the West Side. With a dedicated cross walk and dedicated beach access, the surf and sand are only steps away.
Our renovated units in HORIZON SOUTH offer the best. With new carpet, appliances and bedding, why settle for anything less?
Each of our units has been furnished with your family's comfort in mind. We are family friendly. The complete kitchen invites you to eat in or barbecue on your private patio. Each unit has a minimum of two TVS, so Dad can watch the game while the kids enjoy a movie.
Packing is a minimum with a washer and dryer in each unit. All units are stocked with a generous supply of linens. (Please bring your own beach towels.)
Horizon South's dedicated beach is located at the front of the complex. This complex is not a high rise. You can walk or ride a bike throughout.
Each unit has a sundeck and a private patio.
Each unit has one covered parking site immediately adjacent to the entry. There is ample additional parking and even space for trailers.
Paradise awaits you at Horizon South. These beautifully decorated Condos are located within walking distance of the famous white sands of Panama City Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Surrounded by large palm trees, sago palms and an assortment of other attractive plants and flowers, these lovely Condos tucked away in a private subdivision will surely give you a feeling of tropical paradise.
The kitchen and living room offer guests a place to entertain and relax. The kitchen comes fully equipped with breakfast bar, bar stools, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, dishes and utensils and plenty of cabinet space. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. A large window with blinds allows plenty of that Florida sunshine to pour in. The living room also has a TV with DVD.
Whether you want to take long walks on the beach, bask in the sun or tour the sites, Horizon South is the place for you! The Horizon South community offers a variety of fun recreational activities for the residents to include four sparkling swimming pools (one heated and one located practically outside the back door of our one bedroom unit!), kiddie pool for the little ones, outdoor Jacuzzi, tennis and basketball courts, shuffle board, 18-hole miniature golf course, clubhouse and fitness gym.
Conveniently located on the quieter West End of Panama City Beach, you can enjoy the gorgeous white beaches less than 100 yards away, fine and casual dining, deep-sea fishing, boating, golfing, parasailing, scuba diving and countless other exciting and entertaining activities! |
