Winter or Spring Break -- idea for families with children or college students seeking functional, economic friendly accommodations. All units are non smoking and no pets.
We offer great rates; direct contact with the owner. We are families hosting families.
Three available units, so if you have a group, you can rent from one owner.
Each unit rents individually.
These three bedroom units are located in Building 1 or 6 or 7 -- 6 and 7 share a back yard so it is easy to get from one unit to the other if you have a group.
We are non smoking and no pets. With three bedrooms and two and a half bath, there is ample space for everyone in our larger units. Each 3 bedroom is designed to sleep at least 8 and if you bring an air mattress, they can accomodate 10.
Looking forward to summer --if you are looking to book for the July soft ball tournaments, we are less than two miles to Frank Brown Park. This complex is also located less than two miles from PIER PARK.

Winter / Spring Break $1200 per week, including taxes and cleaning
January weeks are 400 total
There is a $250.00 security deposit associated with any rental in
addition to the above. The deposit is made with a separate credit card
authorization or a separate check which is not used unless damage, smoking or pets

Why the Owner Chose Horizon South
We looked the entire beach and selected Horizon South., We have owned in three other complexes since first buying in HS and have chosen to stay here. It is idea for families with small children, teenagers and college students. Practical and fun.
