Stay in style at this beautiful modern, luxury condominium. This two-bedroom 1 bath condominium has beautiful bay views and is located one block from ocean, it will truly take you away. We are also one of the only condominium complex's that offer a community swimming pool just steps away! The unit is on the second floor to optimize the beautiful water views and sunsets.
This unit is tastefully painted in serene yet tropical colors. It is beautifully furnished and decorated, with many amenities. Full kitchen with upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel refrigerator, ceramic top range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, ample counter space and a beautifully tiled floor in the kitchen and the condo entrance.
The living/dining room area has two full sized futons, LCD television and a dining table for 6 near the kitchen. The MASTER BEDROOM has a queen-size bed, TV, window and air-conditioning unit. The SECOND BEDROOM has a TV, high full-size loft which is nice for one adult or two children and a full-size bed underneath. This home can sleeps a MAXIMUM of six people per condo rules.
In addition, there is an outside balcony overlooking the water and the Dewey Beach Atmosphere. In addition to the community pool, other amenities include an outdoor shower near community pool, community washer and dryer and small game room. With the condo, you will receive one condo parking space and an additional Dewey beach-parking permit.
This well-appointed condominium has it all. Just one block to the beach, this house is the perfect place to spend your vacation. This will be your vacation spot that you shall always remember and want to return.
The owners understand the difficulties in finding "that perfect rental" so we make it easy and fun to rent from us by answering all your questions and providing an easy three step rental process. 1. Contact us via phone or email (preferred since contracts get emailed) 2. We email you a contract for you to fill out and mail back to us. **** Due to the popularity of our homes we can only hold your requested week for 7 days. If the contract is not received back to us in 7 days, the week is opened for other renters. Your vacation week is not confirmed until this contract and deposit is in our hands and you receive an email stating your week is now reserved. 3. We will email or mail a letter before your stay with further details to make your stay comfortable along with how to enter the home.
Owners are meticulous to try to make your vacation wonderful, pleasant and relaxing. In order to keep our unit damage free an the surroundings peaceful, we aim to rent to groups 21 and over. We now offer partial week rentals for the convience of renters schedules. You must rent a minimum of 3 days and the prices are listed for weekends and weekdays or a combination. Full week renters do not have to pay a cleaning fee. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Bring your linens and towels. Sorry, no pets as per condo rules.
Note: We only rent to people who will care for this property who will leave this retreat in the same condition they found it in. Our community is family friendly.

- Area Information: The main attraction at Dewey Beach is the ocean and the beach itself. Dewey Beach is a for those who love the atmosphere of the beach, love seafood and bay-front bars, but do not want all the commercialism from boardwalks and high-rise buildings. Dewey Beach is only a few blocks wide and one mile long. Everything is within walking distance. It is very laid-back, one vacation place where you will come home truly relaxed. You can park your car for the week, if you wish. Shop (tax free) in downtown Rehoboth Beach or drive to shopping outlets on Route 1 (two to three miles from the unit). Henlopen State Park and Cape May-Lewes Ferry is located within 15 minutes of driving. Just north of Dewey Beach is Rehoboth Beach, known for its boardwalk and more alternative scene. Rehoboth boardwalk offers Funland- attractions and rides for children & adults, bandstand performances, and a lot of places to eat. You can ride the"Jolly Trolley" from Dewey to Rehoboth to avoid driving

Why the Owner Chose Dewey Beach
This property was our second rental investment. Our first was our 5 BR Twinhome in Rehoboth, conveniently located behind Jungle Jim Water Park, one mile to the beach, which you can see by clicking on the link on this site for our other properties. We fell in love with the quaintness of Dewey beach. The family feeling of having everything you could need all within a few blocks. Our Dewey condo is Bayside and the ocean is only one block away. It doesn't get better then that. Upon purchasing this unit. We remodeled it all, ceiling to floor to give it the facelift it deserved. Now it sits in a wonderful location for other wonderful families to enjoy while having the comforts of home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our property is bayside, which means fantastic sunsets from the balcony. The condo is in close proximity to beach, bay, bay sports and restaurants. The Jolly Trolley can take you right to Rehoboth if you desire and the Trolly is located at the Rudder, 1 street away. The full kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower combo, bedroom with a full loft and full bed under it allows for 2 children per bed or one per bed with more space then a twin and the Queen bedroom is decorated with a tropical feel. We are very proud of our condo and our desire is for families to have a safe memorable vacation in our condo.

Who doesn't love the beach? After having our first daughter, we found the beauty, relaxation and excitement of the beach something that would be fun to share with others. We decided to invest in a beach rental. With each rental investment, we dedicated ourselves to creating a second home for each and every tenant, much more then "just a rental property." We wanted to personalize each room to match the excitement of our vacation renters. We decided to rent properties so other people can experience the opportunity of friendships bonding, families coming together and children laughing and memories that as lifetimes. We wish for our tenants to enjoy themselves in a home away from home and relax! My husband and I have two young daughtes and are happy to share our condo with you.

Delightful Dewey Beach Condo!

My family and I recently returned home from a fun-filled mini vacation at this Dewey Beach condo. We had a blast! The condo is cute, clean and comfortable. The two of us, along with our 3 teen boys, had ample space in this two-bedroom unit. The queen bedroom we shared was very comfortable. Our younger teens happily shared the other bedroom, and our 17-year old quickly claimed one of the fold-out futons in the living room, which provided him sleeping qtrs of his own. In addition to hanging out in the living area, the whole family chilled on the balcony, enjoying our evenings talking and joking around - and people-watching, of course! The condo is located within easy walking distance from the beach and is convenient to lots of beach restaurants and bars. Also, steps away are the jump-off points for special Dewey water activities, like parasailing and jet skiing. And the bay is lovely. Ahhh - the sunsets! While visiting, we rode our bikes to Rehoboth (easy ride) and took the Jolly Trolley there, too, since the trolley stop is right across an adjacent parking lot from the condo. We also were in a great location for visiting Bethany Beach. We cannot wait to revisit this delightful condo when we return to Dewey next summer!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend. The location is fantastic and made it easy to get around without using our car. The balcony over looks the Rusty Rudder and the Lighthouse so it allows for great people watching. The pool is the best feature we could ask for. It was perfectly heated and allowed us to take a break from the beach. The neighbors were nice and welcoming. Liz was so easy to work with and is so helpful. I would recommend the condo to anyone.

We absolutly enjoyed this condo. The location is by far the best location you can find in Dewey Beach. They are close to the Rusty Rudder (literally) and the Light house as well as a short few blocks from Bottle and Cork and Starboard. It is rather quite at night with even being close to so close the Rusty Rudder live bands. The Condo over looks the parking lot next to rusty rudder by across from Que Pasa where you can see the sun set on the Bay from a great view. The porch is fun to sit on and overlook everyone out and about, they have awesome seating for everyone. Having the two parking passes was convient because the cars could park right by the condo which made it nice for unloading and loading things. We used the pool just about every day and it was never crowded like the other hotel pools we had stayed in. The beach is also right across the street and the public access is easy to find. All of the beds in the condo were very comfortable as well as the futons. The living area is very large and open and the entire condo is exceptionally decorated. The Bathroom was very accessable for 6 people to get in and out of and nicely venelated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything and adorable with the best fridge (maybe it was an oversized bar fridge) - they don’t have an ice maker but they have a drawer to fit huge bags of ice (hard to do usually). It was also nice having the keyless access so we didn't have to keep switchig the keys around between us when we came and went seperatly. We are a rather younger group in compairison to the other commenters, but I'd say we had no problems staying there and the neighbors were friendly people. Our entire group loved the place and talked about how we had the best place in Dewey all weekend. The owners were great to work with and made making the reservation as painless as possible. Thanks for having us we will be back next year!

My wife and I stayed here with our 2-1/2 year old daughter for the second year and a row. The condo is great. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was great. Having a pool with a young child proved to be a big hit as well. Being so close to the Que Pasa restaurant was an added benefit as the food is good and you can sit at your table on the beach (bay side) and watch as all the kids at the restaurant entertain each other by running on the beach.
