5 professional Men out together for a long weekend- and I cannot stress the convenience and the view of the Sunset is second to None. Easy access to the watering holes in Dewey and Rehobeth. Jolley trolley was $5.00 roundtrip. Recommendation for Food- The Port which is restaurant bar right around the corner of the Condo Complex and at Rehobeth - Jakes. For grub- try the steak cheese at Nick's and early breakfast the Sunrise - opens at 6am which is near the split off 1a to Rehobeth. Warning you will be doing alot of walking. The condo itself was comfortable for 5 grown men who just want to lay down after too many Orange Crushes.

Delightful Dewey Beach Condo!

My family and I recently returned home from a fun-filled mini vacation at this Dewey Beach condo. We had a blast! The condo is cute, clean and comfortable. The two of us, along with our 3 teen boys, had ample space in this two-bedroom unit. The queen bedroom we shared was very comfortable. Our younger teens happily shared the other bedroom, and our 17-year old quickly claimed one of the fold-out futons in the living room, which provided him sleeping qtrs of his own. In addition to hanging out in the living area, the whole family chilled on the balcony, enjoying our evenings talking and joking around - and people-watching, of course! The condo is located within easy walking distance from the beach and is convenient to lots of beach restaurants and bars. Also, steps away are the jump-off points for special Dewey water activities, like parasailing and jet skiing. And the bay is lovely. Ahhh - the sunsets! While visiting, we rode our bikes to Rehoboth (easy ride) and took the Jolly Trolley there, too, since the trolley stop is right across an adjacent parking lot from the condo. We also were in a great location for visiting Bethany Beach. We cannot wait to revisit this delightful condo when we return to Dewey next summer!

Girls Weekend

The condo was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend. The location is fantastic and made it easy to get around without using our car. The balcony over looks the Rusty Rudder and the Lighthouse so it allows for great people watching. The pool is the best feature we could ask for. It was perfectly heated and allowed us to take a break from the beach. The neighbors were nice and welcoming. Liz was so easy to work with and is so helpful. I would recommend the condo to anyone.

Vacation 2011

We absolutly enjoyed this condo. The location is by far the best location you can find in Dewey Beach. They are close to the Rusty Rudder (literally) and the Light house as well as a short few blocks from Bottle and Cork and Starboard. It is rather quite at night with even being close to so close the Rusty Rudder live bands. The Condo over looks the parking lot next to rusty rudder by across from Que Pasa where you can see the sun set on the Bay from a great view. The porch is fun to sit on and overlook everyone out and about, they have awesome seating for everyone. Having the two parking passes was convient because the cars could park right by the condo which made it nice for unloading and loading things. We used the pool just about every day and it was never crowded like the other hotel pools we had stayed in. The beach is also right across the street and the public access is easy to find. All of the beds in the condo were very comfortable as well as the futons. The living area is very large and open and the entire condo is exceptionally decorated. The Bathroom was very accessable for 6 people to get in and out of and nicely venelated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything and adorable with the best fridge (maybe it was an oversized bar fridge) - they don’t have an ice maker but they have a drawer to fit huge bags of ice (hard to do usually). It was also nice having the keyless access so we didn't have to keep switchig the keys around between us when we came and went seperatly. We are a rather younger group in compairison to the other commenters, but I'd say we had no problems staying there and the neighbors were friendly people. Our entire group loved the place and talked about how we had the best place in Dewey all weekend. The owners were great to work with and made making the reservation as painless as possible. Thanks for having us we will be back next year!

A Great Place

My wife and I stayed here with our 2-1/2 year old daughter for the second year and a row. The condo is great. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was great. Having a pool with a young child proved to be a big hit as well. Being so close to the Que Pasa restaurant was an added benefit as the food is good and you can sit at your table on the beach (bay side) and watch as all the kids at the restaurant entertain each other by running on the beach.

The condo was adorable and comfortable, and in a great spot. checking in and out couldn't have been easier. Owners were very pleasant to work with and very accommodating also. Would definitely like to rent again next year!

my family and i just got back a few days ago from our vacation.we had a wonderful time.the condo was beautifully decorated and had all that was needed for a home away from home.the beach and restaurants are a couple minute walk away.will surely rent from you again.thanks for the great memories!

Liz and Jeff, Yes, we enjoyed our time at your condo. The getaway met our needs as a family perfectly. The home was well maintained (clean, attractive and comfortable) and in a great location for visiting the beach. On top of it, who knew that the restaurant next door (Que Pasa) has a Thursday night $5 special for dinner? :-) When we left the beach on Friday afternoon we told our 3 year old son that we were going home. When we pulled into our driveway in PA that evening he burst into tears... "I want to go HOME!" "We are home, sweetie." "NO! I want to go to my OTHER home!" "What home?" "My new home at the beach!!" So, according to him, we have a home at the beach now. I think we'll be back!! Thank you for your cooperation with our last minute reservation and my PayPal snafus.

This is our second girls getaway at the condo. We love the location. It is close to restaurants, beach, and night life. We enjoy having the choice of the beach or pool. The place is kept in great condition and they have it decorated very nicely. We will be back again next year!

We stayed at the Cove for a family vacation. The condo was in excellent condition and conveniently located to the beach and various restaraunts. The kids enjoyed the pool and being able to walk across the street to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Spent Mother's Day weekend in the Applegate's Dewey condo & absolutely loved it. The unit directly overlooks the parking lot of the Rusty Rudder - can't get much more convenient than that!
