OK, I am the owner so it is hard not to sound subjective but when I first experienced Sun City Grand when visiting my sister I was amazed at the place. First I should tell you that this is a 55 and older community. You cannot stay here unless you are 55 or older. That said, this is not a place where people go to be old. It is a place where people go to stay young. College classes are offered by the U of Arizona, every type of interest is covered by either a club, class or daily activity. I can't imagine ever being bored in this community.
Our house, oh yeah I got so excited about the community I almost forgot about our house. It is a three year old house (1,300 sq ft) so everything is new and works. My wife and I just did some redecorating and got all new dishes, grill, cookware, and loads of other things. Should feel like a new place. The beds are comfortable and the master bedroom walk-in closet is huge. There is a beautiful flowered backyard with a block wall around the yard for privacy. A large covered patio is a great place to spend the warm days. The pictures show the basics but we think it is warm and cozy. Hope you like it too. By the way we have no problem with a small dog. We are dog people too.
