FALL/WINTER rental - Available September 3, 2008 through May or June 2009. Beautifully furnished 3 BR, 2 BA Nantucket townhouse $2500 month + utilities. Will consider year round rental. Perfect accommodations; comfortable, roomy, 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, and 1 bedroom with two twin beds with trundles that sleep 4. Large dining room table seats 8-10, plus 3 barstools for the open kithen bar. Living room includes new, comfortable couches and big chairs plus a flat panel TV with cable, high speed internet, DVD and Stereo/CD system. Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, full basement. Off street parking.

This Nantucket townhouse is very centrally located and accessible to all areas of the Island. It is off of Old South Road near the airport. The NRTA bus stop is just STEPS from the front door and will take you to town, the market, or the beaches. Nantucket's famous bike path is literally out the back door! The Trading Post convenient store is brand new and is located 2 min. down the street - offers newspapers, lottery, Starbucks coffee, pastries, and many other necessities.
