This elegant, beachfront Penthouse awaits you and your guests for sun, relaxation, and good times on the Sea of Cortez in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico. The style of Las Mananitas is “Mexico-Lite”. which provides guests with the clear feel of being on vacation in Mexico, surrounded by a fresh, open and airy ambiance.
When you first walk into the Penthouse, you will be awe struck by the large expansive terrace that runs the length of the Penthouse and features a stunning view of the ocean. Every room is oriented for views over the sea and opens to the terrace.
You are right on the beach, with large cascading community pools, that light up at night. Right outside your door is a beautiful sandy beach for those strolls down to Surfer's Cove where you can grab a cool drink at Big Tony's, try his "mama's ribs", and if you get daring enough rent a boogie board and join the surfers. Tony even has someone on staff to give you a lesson. Another favorite thing to do is go horse back riding at sunset on this beach. You will not forget it.
One of the best features is the private upper roof top sun deck. Take in the sun as you listen to the surf, or your iPod. Enjoy the jacuzzi under a starry sky. Bring in a masseuse for a private massage, something not to miss.
The great room is expansive, there is lots of living space and is open to the dining room which seats 8 and the gourmet, fully stocked kitchen. We boast a large flat screen TV, free internet and also free phones calls to the US and Canada.
When it is time for bed, you can choose from 2 master suites, both with king beds, or a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds and an adjacent bath. The Penthouse can sleep 6 adults comfortably and up to 8 if needed.

We stayed at Las Mananitas over Thanksgiving to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and my mom's 70th. We had our 2 kids with us (5 & 8) and we had an absolute blast! The Penthouse is absolutely beautiful and teh location is perfect! We loved the pools and all of the amenities. The view was amazing and the upper deck with the hot tub was great. This unit is beautifully furnished and yet so comfortable. We took advantage of the spectacular views and well equipped kitchen by dining in almost every meal. We didn't get the opportunity to meet Paul, but we were fortunate enough to meet Chef Eve who, by the way, is more than just a chef. She took care of all of our requests in a very professional manner. Can't wait to go back. Will definitely recommend Elite Destination Homes to our friends.

Our stay at Elite Destination’s property in Las Mananitas was great! What a fantastic penthouse unit with unbelievable views. It is hard to believe but I am back from my stay in San Jose Del Cabo!! As always, we had a wonderful time! It is the first time, however, that it has ever rained when we were down there. Apparently, it has rained a lot, but the flowers and the gardens were lush and beautiful! The condo looks great! Marisol, Jackie and crew have done a wonderful job keeping it clean, fresh and welcoming! We walked into the condo with a beautiful bouquet of flowers sitting on the counter that lasted all week! What a great touch! Paul and Eve are doing a great job too; they are so pleasant and fun to work with and always accommodating with anything you need. Paul was very helpful when we “lost” one of our friends at the airport, but that’s a story for another time (: Not to worry, he found us! The wonderful thing about Las Mananitas is the consistency; everyone remembers us, makes us feel welcome and truly seem happy to have us there! The grounds are magnificent and maintained It was a wonderful trip and I am looking forward to returning next year. Sherry
