Enjoy the Vasari community, a gated country club, with a Championship par 72 Golf course. With 5 tee boxes available for all levels of golfers. A Taylor Woodrow development, with an aquatic driving range, putting green and a full service pro shop. Also 6 Har-Tru tennis courts, a state of the art fitness center and a master pool! A $400 + tax golf transfer fee will enable unlimited golf for cart fee only $70 pp. From May to October enjoy the reciprocals with over 30 other Golf Clubs, again for cart fee only, usually around the $25 pp mark.
This beautifully decorated, 2nd floor condo, has everything that you will need. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, A great room with dining area, brand new furniture all tastefully chosen for comfort and style. The central entertainment built in, is fitted with cable TV a DVD/VCR player and sound system for your visual and audio enjoyment!
The spacious screened lanai, with comfortable patio table and chairs, overlooks the 2nd green and lake. ( The No 1 hole ).
The master bedroom has a king size bed with an armoire that houses cable TV. This room has en-suite bathroom facilities. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, a TV and a bathroom adjacent. The heated community pool, hot tub and grill (bbq) are less than a minutes walk from the front door.

We rented this Trieste unit for 4 seasons (total of 15.5 months). Owner is wonderful, he meets and succeeds your needs.Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+.

We found this rental condo very comfortable. Located near to the gate house, this is a very quiet location and offers great views over the 11th green. Always something going on to look at. The 'Trieste' community is one of the friendliest to be found at Vasari, with a weekly pool party where everyone is welcome. I have rented this unit for the past three years, and would recommend it to anyone.Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+.
