Awesome view and location! Walk to almost anything you need or want. John's Pass less than three miles away. Trolley stops in front of building and travels from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach for only $3 a day.
Beautiful southwest corner unit. Sit on your deck and watch the dolphins swim by. Large deck with new furniture looks directly to the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beach. You can see the water from the kitchen, dining room, and living room.
Spacious remodeled kitchen that is very well supplied with new pots and pans, glasses, flatware, etc. New washer and dryer in laundry room off kitchen. New tropical living room furniture. New carpet throughout except tile in entry, bathroom and kitchen. Spacious master bedroom has new, pillow-top, commercial-grade, king-size bed and bedding. Large walk-in closet. Second bedroom has full-size and twin-size bed.
Pool is directly on the beach. New pool furniture, too. Tiki huts with barbecue area.

Madiera Beach - On Beach, roomy and convenient

We stayed at this condo from 8/5/11-8/15/11. With only two days of inclement weather, most time was spent on the beach or at the pool, but condo is convenient to movie theatre in Semnole, shopping malls, restaurants, etc. The word that first came to mind when we opened the door to this condo (after “Wow”) was SPACIOUS. Not only was this tastefully decorated condo in a secure, well-maintained building, with parking spot under the building, but it was clean, well-lit and fully equipped from dishwasher tabs to trash bags to beach mats, chairs and umbrellas. The beds are comfortably firm and the master bathroom has a two sink vanity and shower large enough to afford two and wonderful water pressure. Each bedroom has a television with cable (it WAS Shark Week on Discovery when we visited-who could miss that?!) – as does the main living area – and Wi-fi (which was not expected from the condo description on VRBO). DVD player was a lifesaver on the two days of inclement weather. Winn-Dixie has Redbox DVD rentals. Library is across the street from Winn-Dixie in case you do not find what you want there. A Winn-Dixie and Wal-Greens pharmacy are only a few blocks away. Condo location is convenient to many local hot spots. It is across the street from a small, popular restaurant (Dockside Dave's) known for its flounder sandwich (delicious!) and offers large portions for a good price. We had only to go to the grocery for food stuffs, personal items and laundry detergent to be set for the length of our visit. Best fresh seafood we found was up the coast in Redington Beach – not far in rental car. Get there early for best selection! Nicely sized pool and sauna were on premises as is a community gas grill on far side of pool area. We found no maintenance issues nor evidence of any bugs. The owner and Building Manager were both very helpful, informative and flexible. The rates were VERY reasonable. This condo is perfect for couple getaways, girls’ weekends, small family vacations and extended visits for anyone of any age with simple tastes and low maintenance like us. If everyone takes the care they would with their own home, we’ll have a relaxing, peaceful place to vacation for years to come. In a nutshell, we LOVED it!
