If your are looking for a place to enjoy the Valley of the Sun, then you have found it in our single family 3500 sq. ft. home. Our luxury residence has amenities galore. Travertine floors, open great room and gourmet kitchen. Kitchen has granite slab countertops with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances & breakfast nook.

Great room has a 60" TV. The large Master bedroom also has a 55" TV and opens to the private pool & hot tub. The Masterbath features a snail shower & dual vanities. The guest bedroom has a separate entrance. All bedrooms have their own bath rooms. The Powder Room off of the Great Room is a full bath.

Step onto the large covered patio & enjoy the beautiful Arizona sky. Backing up to a large desert wash the Desert Views are fabulous and it is so peaceful. If it gets chilly turn on the gas heaters.

You are 40 minutes from the Insight & Fiesta Bowl. 30 minutes of Barret-Jackson Collector Car Auction, FBR Open, 51st Annual Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show. 40 to 45 minutes to most of the Spring Training games. 45 minutes to the Sky Harbor Airport. Golf courses are very close. Legend Trail, Troon, Gray Hawk & many more. Lake Pleasant & Bartlett Lake are only 25 miles away. Natural Desert Preserves, World Class Restaurants & Shopping are only minutes away.

  • We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was well appointed with high end finishes and attractive design. The homes orientation on a corner lot backed by a common space provided an open yet private area for enjoying both the patio/pool and the very picturesque landscape. The owner was prompt to rspond to questions and easy to work with. We are looking forward to our next stay.
