Completely remodeled and furnished in 2006, this beautiful 2200 sq ft home is centrally located in the Warm Springs area of Ketchum between town and a 10 minute walk to the lifts. It has fabulous views out every window, including nearby Mt Baldy to the south, open space and far views of the mountains to the east and the sound and beauty of Warm Springs Creek that runs through the property.
On the 1st floor, the large entry has handsome slate floors and abundant storage. The spacious Master bedroom has a King size bed and the Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed. Both are tastefully decorated and each has a beautiful new bathroom with stone and luxury fixtures. Each bedroom has an armoire with cable TV and a DVD/CD player. Both bedrooms open to a spacious yard with a large patio and deck overlooking the creek. The laundry room is also on the 1st floor.
The 2nd floor is a bright, sunny Great Room with large windows throughout. The living area has a TV and DVD/CD player, comfortable furniture and a delightful window seat. The unique teak dining table easily seats 10 guests. The kitchen has custom maple and cherry cabinets, beautiful granite counters, bamboo floors and new stainless steel appliances, in cluding the refrigerator, dishwasher drawers, and a dual fuel stove. There is also a spacious pantry and a powder room. The two large decks on the secnd floor have ample seating and a new large natural gas barbeque.
The 3rd floor includes a handsome red travertine bathroom and a bedroom that can sleep 3 guests. It includes a Queen bed and a single bed that can serve as a comfortable seating area, if not needed for sleeping. It also has a TV/DVD/CD.
There is a single-car garage and parking in the driveway. Near hiking & bike trails and KART free bus stop.
