This brand new two bedroom, one bath first floor apartment ("The Raven's Roost") is located on Alamagordo Terrace, just a few blocks from the Village Market, and a few minutes from the ski slopes (about one mile). This ground level apartment is the first floor of a new home, has its own private entry and parking, and has maple wood floors, a gas fireplace, radiant floor heat, flat screen tv, and a hideabed in the living room. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. The second bedroom does not have a window, although the room is light and bright with the door open to the sunny living room.

There is one bathroom with a tiled shower. The kitchen has a brand new electric range, full sized refrigerator, and microwave. There is a dining table and chairs and plenty of dishes, pots and pans and silverware to eat at home when you want to.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood on several acres with a large treed, park like flat yard surrounding it. Best of all, the yard backs up to the "Deer Trail", where you are welcome to snow shoe or mountain bike!

The first floor access makes it easy to haul your ski gear. This brand new, clean, cozy, quiet, comfortable apartment will help to make your Angel Fire vacation stay wonderful.
