Park Place offers premier location with ski-in/shuttle-out access, just a short stroll to Main Street. There are two on-site, outdoor hot tubs and access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub is included with your stay as well. The exterior has been recently remodeled in the summer of 2008, adding a fresh look to the entire property.
This spacious two bedroom unit is single level, and spans approximately 1274 square feet. The unit can accommodate up to six people comfortably. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, private washer/dryer and gas fireplace as well as a balcony with a town view.
The Snowflake ski lift is just a short two block walk and at the end of a day on the slopes, Four O'Clock ski run will bring you back down the mountain, ending directly across the street from Park Place. Main Street is just two blocks away, and all guests have access to the complimentary guest shuttle. There is ample off-street parking, as well as select covered parking spaces as well.

Group and meeting planning services are available through our Group Sales department. In addition, we offer a travel insurance option at the time of booking your reservation to help cover any unforeseen circumstances affecting your travel to Steamboat - this can include a partial refund of your stay.

All reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total stay cost. Rates do not include taxes and fees.
Individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians, are not allowed in these privately owned units. If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy without refund. No pets allowed.
