Group and meeting planning services are available through our Group Sales department. In addition, we offer a travel insurance option at the time of booking your reservation to help cover any unforeseen circumstances affecting your travel to Steamboat - this can include a partial refund of your stay.

If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy without refund.
