The Cottage at Kiva Dunes is a gulf view, casual, beach cottage prepared to accommodate a family with interests in golf, tennis, swimming and the beach. The quiet surroundings of the resort evokes memories of Destin as it appeared 20 years ago. The four-story home boasts four private porches and a tower from which to view the gulf.
The main level contains a generous family room, dining area, full kitchen, pantry, laundry room, and guest suite with private porch. The spacious master suite offers a king-size bed and a porch for afternoons of reading. A children's room, complete with four built-in bunk beds, has an adjoining bath. The ground level two car garage provides shelter from the hot Alabama sun. An outdoor shower on the ground level allows guests to shower after the beach. A grill is provided to cook the fresh gulf fish. No Smoking or Pets, please.
