Escape to this Florida sun-filled 2nd floor end unit. Enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai, which overlooks the lake, and your evening cocktails as you watch the sunset in the orange, red and pink sky. This quiet location has everything you need for a fabulous vacation.
The Master suite has a King-sized bed, large walk-in closet, cable TV, access to the lanai, and beautiful furnishings. The attached Master bath has a huge walk-in tile shower with storage for all the towels and linens, which we will provide. The Guest bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, small lanai and is adjacent to a full bath.
The den has flat-screen TV, loveseat, couch, and entertainment center. Den pocket doors allows this room to be turned into a 3rd bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast table and chairs. The dining room has a table with 6 chairs and the living room has a couch and loveseat. This area opens up to the
screened-in lanai which overlooks the perserve.
Sterling Oaks is a gated community with a gorgeous club house, restaurant, Jr. Olympic pool, tiki bar, work-out facilities, and fabulous tennis courts. Take a lesson with David Mix, our teaching Pro or watch exhibition matches from the stadium seating. All of this is just a 1 minute walk from our condo.
Beaches, shops and restaurants are just minutes away, but you really don't even need to leave the premises to enjoy your stay.
