Spacious, vacation, "village" home which can accommodate up to six guests situated in the recently built Windsor Hills Resort community, less than three miles from Disney and the attractions of Orlando, Florida!

Windsor Hills is an upscale, gated community catering to your every desire! The clubhouse includes an Olympic-sized pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, fitness centre, billiard room, 50-seat cinema/theatre, and even a small convenience store. All this is only a short walk from your door.

This townhome will become your home-away-from-home as you relax in the spacious family room complete with a contemporary-style sofa and love seat, coffee and end tables, plus a 52-inch cable TV. The family room opens out to the deck and spa pool area with a pool fence for added safety (if you wish). Those vacation days will fly by so fast, you will want to stay longer and longer each time you return! Complimentary High Speed Internet service is available!

Sleeping accommodation at this townhome includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a cable TV, night stands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm, plus dresser and closet space. There is a master bathroom for your added comfort and privacy, with mirrored vanity unit, walk-in shower, bath, and toilet. A second master enjoys a queen-size bed, night stand with lamp, dresser, and closet space. The third bedroom features two twin beds, night stand, dresser, and an adjacent bathroom.

  • We stayed at this property in March. Very clean, well maintained with own pool (which the kids absolutely loved) in a lovely gated community. Very nice playground and community pool/complex...plenty to do without leaving the gates if you juts want to hang around for the day. Approx 10 minutes from disney, International drive and all the shopping you can handle. Will definelty be back.....

  • We stayed at this property in April 2007. The community was wonderful, we couldn't ask for anything more. The owner was easy to contact when we had questions and he was always willing to help. The Disney property was 5 minutes away. We will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

  • The accommodations are great. The townhome was clean, spacious and well equipped.The resort is very close to Disney and shopping. Our kid's loved having there own pool as well as the pool at the clubhouse. We highly recommend this townhome and the Windsor Hills resort.

  • We stayed on this property for 10 days on August 15 - 25 2006. This rental is really nice and the neighborhood is by far the best we have seen while in Kissimmee. The owner was extremely helpful when booking this villa dispite our last minute reservation. We drove to disney from Delaware which took 17 hours to include our 2 (1hour) eating stops. It was really nice to come to this resort and fall out on the sofas and beds. The villa is huge compared to the hotel (Quality Inn 2 room suite) we stayed in during our last visit to Disney. The added bathrooms alone was worth every penny. The splash pool at the villa was an added bonus for the kids. The resort pool was super nice. If you have children they will love the resort pool and cry when time to leave. We could not stop my 3yr from crying everytime it was time to leave the pool. I really fell in love with the jaccuzi at night time. My husband fell in LOVE with the super BIG screen TV. We rented videos (10) from blockbuster and watched them every night on the really comfortable sofas. I really felt secure with a peace of mind in this resort because it was gated with guards 24/7. You need a special tag to get in. We saw the guards turn people away who we though was just probably just cruising looking around at neighborhoods around 10pm when the pool closed. The club house and pool is really nice. You would want to take your camera but in the daytime. Our photos did not come out so well at night with the disposal camera we had (Kodak). You will just love the fact that a real person is available at the clubhouse and a shop for those little emergencies like soap or toothpase. I like the fact that we did our grocery shopping at Walmart in Kissimmee and did not have to eat out every morning and night, however we did eat out but not like our last trip. We saved hundreds believe me, because the previous year we stayed in a hotel and spent loads on lunch and dinner and tips for a 2-week vacation because we had no choice. No where to cook breakfast or lunch. We spent a whole day at the villa just to enjoy it and the resort. Overall we love this resort and we have recommended this villa to all of my friends who were thinking of bringing their children to Disney or Universal.

  • It is a pleasure for me to say that indeed, we had a great time. The villa home, which is really conveniently located from the parks, is really what it looks like on the picture. It had everything we needed. Being a party of eight (two adults and six kids!), having a TV set at each of the bedrooms was instrumental, as was the Play Station provided!! The villa itself is so nice and quiet, and everything looks really so new and tidy!! The splash pool was all the difference. Having it at home was most convenient. It kept the kids busy until dinner time. The appliances provided, which were brand-new, helped us a lot in saving dinner money, and made us all feel so much at home. I am already recommending this villa house to my friends and work-mates for whenever they plan on visiting Orlando.
