Beautiful spacious three bedroom home located in the picturesque town of Bucerias just 15 minutes North of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. Only two blocks to the uncrowded white sand beach where you can relax and soak up the sun, go for long walks or swim in the gentle sea all year around. Or you can relax right at home on the expansive deck surrounding your own private pool.
The top floor contains the master bedroom which has a king size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a large balcony overlooking the deck and pool area. The next level down contains two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with two single beds. These two bedrooms share the second bathroom located on the same level.
Large fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining rooms all tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. Includes daily maid service except Sunday, regular pool maintenance, garage, all linens and towels, safe in master bedroom and washer and dryer.
Bucerias is a quiet village about 15 miles North of Puerto Vallarta. There are many excellent restaurants, shops, markets and other services available in Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta is an interesting 30 minute bus ride away.

Year Purchased: 2000
We are a retire couple from Saskatchewan, Canada who fell in love with Mexico the first time we visited there 15 years ago. Since that time, we purchased our home away from home in Bucerias, have been to several Spanish Immersion Schools in a continuing attempt to become comfortable in Spanish and we return there at least twice a year.
Why the Owner Chose Bucerias
We had been searching for vacation property somewhere in the sun for several years and from the first moment we traveled to Bucerias, we felt that this was the place for us, it just felt "right". It has everything that we were looking for, friendly people, small town feeling, close to the airport and Puerta Vallarta, great beach, restaurants from the very upscale to street vendors and in the 10 years that we have been going to Bucerias, it just keeps getting better and better each year
The Unique Benefits of this House
We enjoy the the peace and quiet that only a private residence can provide and at the same time, we are close to the beach and to the center of town if that is what we want at any time. Everything that we need is within easy walking distance of the house. Restaurants, groceries, the town square, the beach, shopping galleries, etc. are just minutes away.
And having Florentina the housekeeper come in each morning for a couple of hours to make up the bedrooms, do up the previous evenings dishes and give the house a general cleaning makes life very liveable.
