Beautiful spacious three bedroom home located in the picturesque town of Bucerias just 15 minutes North of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. Only two blocks to the uncrowded white sand beach where you can relax and soak up the sun, go for long walks or swim in the gentle sea all year around. Or you can relax right at home on the expansive deck surrounding your own private pool.
The top floor contains the master bedroom which has a king size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a large balcony overlooking the deck and pool area. The next level down contains two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with two single beds. These two bedrooms share the second bathroom located on the same level.
Large fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining rooms all tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. Includes daily maid service except Sunday, regular pool maintenance, garage, all linens and towels, safe in master bedroom and washer and dryer.
Bucerias is a quiet village about 15 miles North of Puerto Vallarta. There are many excellent restaurants, shops, markets and other services available in Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta is an interesting 30 minute bus ride away.

Why the Owner Chose Bucerias
We had been searching for vacation property somewhere in the sun for several years and from the first moment we traveled to Bucerias, we felt that this was the place for us, it just felt "right". It has everything that we were looking for, friendly people, small town feeling, close to the airport and Puerta Vallarta, great beach, restaurants from the very upscale to street vendors and in the 10 years that we have been going to Bucerias, it just keeps getting better and better each year
The Unique Benefits at this House
We enjoy the the peace and quiet that only a private residence can provide and at the same time, we are close to the beach and to the center of town if that is what we want at any time. Everything that we need is within easy walking distance of the house. Restaurants, groceries, the town square, the beach, shopping galleries, etc. are just minutes away.
And having Florentina the housekeeper come in each morning for a couple of hours to make up the bedrooms, do up the previous evenings dishes and give the house a general cleaning makes life very liveable.
Some of the greatest taco's we've ever had. Open evenings except Wednesdays
Locally owned grocery store. Good selection of groceries, beer, wine, liquor, snacks, basics

We are a retire couple from Saskatchewan, Canada who fell in love with Mexico the first time we visited there 15 years ago. Since that time, we purchased our home away from home in Bucerias, have been to several Spanish Immersion Schools in a continuing attempt to become comfortable in Spanish and we return there at least twice a year.

Couples Holiday Paradise - Bucerias!

My wife and I, stayed with our friends here last December, 2009. Neither couple had ever done a "casa" rental, as we were both All Inclusive couples prior. Let me start by saying, I would find it hard to go back to All Inclusive... this location was fantastic, peaceful, not crowded, 1 block away from the beach, with your own private pool! We went for supper every night, except one, and thoroughly enjoyed it! The Casa was so spacious, the maid and unit manager were so friendly and helpful. I am fortunate enough to know the owner, and consider him a dear friend... We will be back soon!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+.

My husband and I needed a romantic getaway with peace, quiet, seclusion, and this vacation home was absolutely wonderful and in a little slice of heaven, Bucerias. The master bedroom with terrace was beautiful. Private pool was perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked with all amenities possible, including a comal to warm tortillas, as cooks we were blissfully content. The owners are very welcoming, friendly, and forthcoming with information to help settle in to the home and Bucerias. We hope to be back soon!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.
