Brand new two bedroom/two bath, third floor condominium located in the beautiful community of Cypress Woods Golf and Country Club.

This home has all the extras, including two TVs, a DVD player and stereo, as well as games for your entertainment and beach chairs for those lazy days at the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedrooms are furnished with mattresses as comfortable as your bed at home (we get a lot of compliments from our guests about the mattresses). A screened lanai is directly off of the family room, and the vantage point from the third floor allows breathtaking views of the sunset over the 17th fairway and lake. Also for your convenience is a washer and dryer located directly in the Condo, and elevator access to the third floor.

Enjoy the relaxing hot tub, or start your day with an invigorating workout in the lap pool and state of the art fitness center. Our clubhouse provides many activities for its guests such as Bingo, Bridge, dance lessons, painting classes, and special buffet dinners and brunches on holidays.

If golf is what you're looking for, look no further. You'll love our 18 hole, par 72 Gordon Lewis designed golf course, which is a challenge for even the most experienced players. Guests staying 30 days or more can have the golf membership transferred to them, which grants them special members-only reduced rates for the course!
