If you need a fix of golf or tennis the Ridges Country Club is just three miles away. In the evening enjoy an indoor fireplace or an outdoor firepit on the creek as the sunsets and the chill of the evening arrives. You can plan your next days activities
There are many local parks with beautiful waterfalls,and mountain peeks, however, day excursions are available which include white water rafting of all levels (Nantahalla, Ochoe), Ashville North Carolina (Biltmore Estates),Maggie Valley and the Cherokee Indian Reservation (Trail of Tears), go shopping in Highlands in their antique shops and in Helen, Georgia go tubing and take in an Austrian Alpine Village.
