New carpet and kitchen flooring - This spacious townhouse is situated in a perfect location. It is bordered by the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, surrounded by bicycle/walking trails; beside Vandermeer Tennis University, The Player's Club Fitness Center, and the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. Our townhouse is within walking distance of all these amenities. One of the three pools in the complex is 100 feet from the front door.
Our villa is not only the largest floor plan at Ocean Breeze, we have tried to make it the most comfortably furnished in the area. This exceptional townhouse exceeds the traditional standards for rental properties, we hope you will feel right at home during your stay.
We have stocked the living room with books and DVD's for your enjoyment, and a 48 inch television with DVD and VCR for your entertainment. Two seven-foot Italian leather sofas and a comfortable reading chair provide a relaxing atmosphere. The luxurious dining area allows seating for six, with additional seating at the bar.
The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, secretary and bathroom with a shower. Upstairs you will find a beautifully decorated master suite with a King mahogany bed, triple dresser and plenty of closet space. The attached bathroom has a tub/shower and two sinks. The second bedroom upstairs has two twin beds and a full bath. Everyone who visits says this is their favorite room!
All bedrooms are equipped with TV's (some with DVD or VCR), luxury linens, reading lamps, clock/radios and top quality mattresses. The townhouse floor plan assures no noisy neighbors above or below you and NO SLOW ELEVATORS to wait on. Our no smoking and no pets policy assures a clean environment for your stay.
Whether you are looking for a luxurious villa to relax in, a place close to the beach, or a high energy vacation, our villa can offer it all. You can enjoy the 12 miles of beach, tennis, golf, jogging, biking, working out at a health club, rollerblading, or horseback riding. The beach is a two block walk to the east, and the hard white sand is ideal for jogging, bike riding, volleyball, castle building, fishing, swimming, surfing, or beachcombing.
A $200 security deposit is required and will be refunded after the stay.

One of the best places that we have stayed during any vacation. Very spacious condo, excellent selection of DVDs, very close to pool, nice master bedroom, good location. We spent a lot of our time staying in the condo and enjoying 'family time' and resting. The only downside was the limited towels and wash clothes available.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

The pictures and descriptions are exactly what you should expect, and then you get there and it's even better! A beautiful condo with every need at your fingertips. Our family visited in June and included myself, my husband, 3 Kids ages 2, 4 and 7 and a sitter. We loved the location, the pool and the condo! The nicest rental property you could ask for! 10 minute walk to the beach, just steps to the pool and conveniently located in South Forest Beach. A perfect home away from home, spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable! We didn't want to leave, and will be back to stay in this great condo! We enjoyed dining at Mezzaluna, Skull Creek Boathouse, Hilton Head Diner, New York Pizza, and Crazy Crab. Chris and Bob are fantastic owners, and are easy to contact and rent from, very nice people! We are so glad we found this wonderful property and that Chris and Bob are willing to rent it! We hope to come back next summer for 2 weeks. Look no further, this is where you want to stay!

Wonderful choice for a vacation getaway! Beautiful, large, clean, perfect central location to beach ( 5-10 minute walk or 3-5 minute bike ride) and Coligny Shopping, Dining and entertainment area. Beds were super comfy, floorplan was great and offered privacy for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked with needed items for cooking. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Pictures of property are spot on, all descriptions are accurate as well. Would recommend this particular townhome to all friends, family and strangers, don't think anyone would be disappointed! Best investment of the week- Bike Rental from Billy's Bikes- they delivered them to us and picked them up after we left, all for around $20 a bike for the week and we rode for miles and miles every single day!

We were four adults that stayed in this beautiful condo for almost a complete month. It's a non-smoking and no pet unit, exactly what we were looking for. The townhouse is very clean and well maintened. Photos reflected exactly what we saw at our arrival. There is a lot of space and beds are confortable. It is well decorated and roomy. The condo is near the swimming pool and a short walk to the beach. We are french speaking people and we were pretty happy to find that many DVD's had a french version. We had trouble with the food disposer. After sendind an email, Bob called back rapidly, gave some advice and answered all our questions. It was the only little problem we had and we finally managed to get it fixed after following Bob's instructions. We spent a wonderful month in this lovely place and we wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again and recommend it to friends and relatives. We hope to be there next winter !!!

We stayed in this property with 6 adults over the Memorial Day weekend. The townhouse was very comfortable and expertly decorated with stylish furniture and artwork!! We rented bikes to travel around the island, but the beach was a short (5 minute) walk from the town home. Overall, we were very happy with this property and would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

My family and I visited Hilton Head last week and we LOVED this condo!! There were six of us and it was roomy enough for all of us to be comfortable. We immediately felt at home in the condo and the decorating is beautiful! The pool was extremely close and the beach and Coligny are just a short walk. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Hilton Head. Hats off to Bob and Chris on a beautiful place to stay!!!

Gorgeous!!! This condo helped make our first visit to Hilton Head amazing. It has all the comforts of home and is close to everything.
