Just installed new quartz counters and cabinets - beautiful and easy care! New carpet and kitchen flooring - This spacious townhouse is situated in a perfect location. It is bordered by the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, surrounded by bicycle/walking trails; beside Vandermeer Tennis University, The Player's Club Fitness Center, and the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. Our townhouse is within walking distance of all these amenities. One of the three pools in the complex is 100 feet from the front door.
Our villa is not only the largest floor plan at Ocean Breeze, we have tried to make it the most comfortably furnished in the area. This exceptional townhouse exceeds the traditional standards for rental properties, we hope you will feel right at home during your stay.
We have stocked the living room with books and DVD's for your enjoyment, and a 48 inch television with DVD and VCR for your entertainment. Two seven-foot Italian leather sofas and a comfortable reading chair provide a relaxing atmosphere. The luxurious dining area allows seating for six, with additional seating at the bar.
The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, secretary and bathroom with a shower. Upstairs you will find a beautifully decorated master suite with a King mahogany bed, triple dresser and plenty of closet space. The attached bathroom has a tub/shower and two sinks. The second bedroom upstairs has two twin beds and a full bath. Everyone who visits says this is their favorite room!
All bedrooms are equipped with TV's (some with DVD or VCR), luxury linens, reading lamps, clock/radios and top quality mattresses. The townhouse floor plan assures no noisy neighbors above or below you and NO SLOW ELEVATORS to wait on. Our no smoking and no pets policy assures a clean environment for your stay.
Whether you are looking for a luxurious villa to relax in, a place close to the beach, or a high energy vacation, our villa can offer it all. You can enjoy the 12 miles of beach, tennis, golf, jogging, biking, working out at a health club, rollerblading, or horseback riding. The beach is a two block walk to the east, and the hard white sand is ideal for jogging, bike riding, volleyball, castle building, fishing, swimming, surfing, or beachcombing.
A $200 security deposit is required and will be refunded after the stay.

About the owner: We live in Northeast Tennessee and love the mountains. Vacations were often spent in Hilton Head - so often that we decided to purchase property to make it easier to enjoy the ocean. Becoming grandparents spurred us on and after looking for a few summers we chose Ocean Breeze, close to the ocean, bike trails, wonderful restaurants and activities for the children. We rent the property for the enjoyment of others during the busy season and spend weekends during the off season in our vacation home.
Why the Owner Chose Ocean Breeze: We liked the proximity to the beach, the laid back atmosphere, and well maintained landscaping. The pool is steps away (good when you need to run back to get the 'noodles' or sunglasses). Parking is immediately in the front of the property - up the few steps to the porch and you're there. The downstairs open floor plan suited us, especially when the family is all there. Space to be together or spread out. We have loved every minute of being there (excluding the landlord issues when they occur)
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome: Sometimes, just being on the island is enough! As we cross the bridge coming on to the island I roll down the window to sniff the marsh smells (Pluff mud?) Notches down the blood pressure right away.
Benefits - the bike trails that crisscross the island are the best. Walking, jogging, biking (previously it was rollerblading) and enjoying the weather. Food on the island is outstanding with something to suit everyone. We also enjoy night life and can always find music or dancing, never far from 'home'.
