Welcome to our Lakeside Resort Casita Condominium of Fountain Hills Arizona. This second floor, one-bedroom, one-bath Casita is very well-kept, fully furnished, and smartly appointed in southwestern decor. The master bedroom suite has a queen-size bed, bath, closet, and sliding glass doors which open to the balcony patio overlooking the beautifully landscaped heated pool and spa. It offers a sofa-bed in living room, fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, linens for the kitchen, bed, bath, pool, and standard cleaning equipment.
Located just east of Scottsdale, the Fountain Hills community is nestled in the foothills of the McDowell Mountains adjacent to a lake and park. Fountain Hills' name is taken from an amazing attraction designed and installed in the lake. Built in 1970, the 560-foot-high fountain is billed as the "world's tallest" in the Guiness Book of World Records.
Offering something for everyone, the Fountain Hills area is minutes away from four superbly scenic golf courses, several beautiful parks, McDowell Mountain Park, and Saguaro Lake for boating and fishing. Known to many as simply "The Fort," the modern and expanded Fort McDowell Casino is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and draws visitors from throughout the Valley hoping to hit the lucky big jackpot.
Throughout the area, there is a wide range of old town shops, fashion malls, boutiques, galleries, and gift shops. The award-winning Fountain Hills Community Theater entertains audiences year around with a full schedule of adult and children's theater productions. The Mayo Clinic is located within a few minutes from the Fountain Hills' western border on 274 acres of land. The complex was full of friendly people and there are organized activities to participate in if you want. We could easily walk to restaurants, stores, a great hiking trail, the public library, and Fountain Park. The complex is very nicely landscaped and the condo balcony overlooks the pool and the shared grilling area. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+.

We had a terrific April vacation...the weather was perfect...this condo was very clean and quite comfortable with a very spectacular balcony view of the garden and pool area...the grounds/landscaping are impeccable and very clean...and the lakeside/downtown location is really great, offering a wonderful resort area feeling...very nice vacation condo...
