  Let me first say we have stayed at this gorgeous unit for many years and always look forword to the next year >>the owner has always mantained the unit and upgraded the condo to always make it feel and look GREAT ! Siesta Key Beach which has been voted the #1 beach by many travel Guides.... only adds to it ! It has a great pool area . You can BQ only steps away from the unit .... Dont miss the chance to stay at great condo on the beach ! You will not be disapointed !!! The listing photos accurately reflect the rental’s appearance and amenities. Cant wait for summer 2013 !

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  My wife and I have shared this property each January with another couple for the past 10 years. Photos and listing descriptions are accurate, and it has always been clean upon our arrival. Any issues brought to the owner's attention have been promptly resolved, and we have recommended it to friends and relatives. Private stairs lead to a sun soaked deck which usually blocks the wind. Just this year alone the leather couch and large screen TV have been replaced. The condo layout allows for privacy when sharing, and the kitchen has been completely remodeled in the past couple of years. We'll be back next year!

  My family and I recently rented a unit in The Palm Bay Club on Siesta Key, Florida, and we couldn't be more happy with the entire experience. The unit was spacious, well-furnished and hotel-quality clean. Everything exceeded our standards. The unit itself was almost two units in one. On one side, there was a bedroom and bathroom. On the other was another bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/dining area. This was nice because it gave my wife and I a measure of privacy when we wanted it but also let us get together as a family for meals. The unit also offered a spectacular view of the key and opened up onto the Palm Bay Club's private beach. I have already booked my return trip for this spring and plan on making this an annual thing.

  We have used VRBO several times with great results. The unit we just rented (#7558), was advertised as "luxurious" and "gorgeous". This unit was grossly misrepresented, uncared for and dirty. The photos provided on VRBO show a clean, well furnished unit. In actuality, the leather furniture was filthy and shedding. You couldn't sit on it without putting a towel or a sheet down, or the shedding leather would stick to your clothing and skin. The dining table was broken, and so uneven it was unusable, even with the 3" book they had placed under the broken leg to balance it. Other furniture was torn and stained. The patio furniture was discolored, broken and dirty. The walls were filthy and badly in need of paint, with the bathrooms being the worst (pubic hairs on the walls). There were many holes in the sheet in need of repair, and many areas of disrepair that were dilapidated. All but one of the four sliding glass doors were broken and unusable. Many more issues including broken dishwasher, toilet, roaches, dirty dishes in the cupboards. I have photos to support these claims. The cleaning crew stated that the ownervhas been made aware of these issues, and has done nothing to resolve them. Additionally, the owner failed to mention that he has listed his property for sale. We received regular phone calls from realtors wanting to show the property beginning in the early morning hours. We have emailed the owner several times, and he has not responded. We are extremely frustrated, as we paid a great deal of money to stay in a unit that is advertised as "luxurious" and "gorgeous". This unit was an EXTREME disappointment, and would be for anyone seeking upscale accommodations. Please note, this property is not typical for The Palm Bay Club, which is a beautiful resort. We would definitely return to this family friendly, well maintained property on beautiful Siesta Key. Every other unit we saw on the resort was well taken care of and beautifully furnished.
