  This was our second trip and stay at the penthouse in paradise which truely discribes it to us! Two weeks is great but I think a month would be even better! The description of this wonderful place certainly met our expectations and needs. A very relaxing and beautiful get-a-way........... Gina is a very thoughtful and conscientious owner who made us feel welcome. We look forward to coming back many more times.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  Beautiful vacation ,love the sunsets ,the private beach swimig with the dolphins ,the islands ,beautiful sunsets ,kayak ,great fishing ,nature wild life night life ,the acomidations ,so nice we loved every moment ,red sox stadium ,all good thank u so much ,lol Travers & Donna

  Thank you for sharing your penthouse with us. We fell in love with it. You did a beautiful job renovating the condo. My husband thought it was perfect and that is a Gold Star coming from him. The tile was lovely. We watched the dolphins from the lanai and didn't want to leave. The complex was quite and it felt like "home". Can't wait til next year!! Thanks Gina

  We had a great time, Gina. Here is just a few of the many highlights. Your penthouse view of the Gulf of Mexico is breathtaking, especially at sunset. Feels like a 14-story high front row seat on your balcony; one of the highest views from the coastline of beautiful Fort Meyers. We enjoyed a few dinners with wine from this perch. There were many activities in close proximity to your place. The tennis courts and pool at your place are in great condition. Across the street was a very nice restaurant for a dressy night out and a great take-out pub. A private beach is a very short stroll away if you want to be alone. We saw dolphins at early evening feeding time. Rented the jet skis next door. The main public beach is about 10 minutes away where the live music was fantastic at Jimmy D’s. There is also a great place next door to get burgers. We also went to the zoo in Naples. Naples is beautiful and only about twenty minutes away. Great dining and sight seeing in Naples and nice beach for walking and place to dine for lunch at Bonita Springs. Your place is has excellent brand new furnishings for a romantic get-away.   Gina's Estero Beach penthouse is truly breathtaking. The ocean views are magnificent, and we especially enjoyed watching the sun sink into the sea in the evenings. The unit is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We found the location to be a perfect spot from which to head out to explore Marco Island, Sanibel, Captiva, and Matlacha. We walked the beach every morning, and relaxed poolside as well. The complex in general is kept very clean and Gina's unit is sparkling. We ate at many excellent restaurants and also cooked in, since there is bountiful fresh seafood in the area. We look forward to having an opportunity to once again enjoy a vacation at Gina's gorgeous penthouse.

  Just returned from a stay at Gina's penthouse the first week of March 07. Everything went like clock work. The unit was beautiful, location was great and the people in the complex were very freindly. If we return to this area we'll be sure to contact Gina again.

  We just returned from two great weeks in Penthouse 7A. Although we were hesitant to book based simply on the website information, it turned out to be exactly as described ... pristine, beautifully renovated, comfortable king bed, spectacular sunsets and most of all CLEAN. The glass block shower beats standing in a tub with a plugged-up drain anytime. The proximity to Santini Plaza offers numerous dining opportunities right across the street, although the free trolley will take you virtually anywhere in the area. Based on our conversations with the other guests, this is probably the best condo in the three buildings at the EB&T. Gina (the owner) certainly provided all of the support we needed to make the right choice and gave us a call when we arrived to make certain that everything was in order. We would recommend this condo to anyone interested in vacationing in Fort Myers Beach. Paul & Jackie

  We stayed at the penthouse for 2 weeks for our honeymoon. It was even better than what the website had portrayed. We are so glad that we chose this property and that we stayed for 2 weeks. It was so romantic and peacful. The owner was so willing to work with us and accomedate to everything we needed. When we got there the ice maker wasn't working and immediately she had someone there to fix it. It was so wonderful and we would recomend it to anybody that is looking for a romantic get away. We definetly will be returning again.
