  Perfect!!! We have stayed in various oceanfront condos in Florida and California; however not all are created equal. Shopping for the perfect vacation spot online can leave a traveler with an unsure feeling. We have found condos that look great on the web; however not so great upon arrival. Unit 304 of the Sterling Reef is by far the best overall condo/view that we have experienced. We highly recommend this particular unit for a great view, clean and spacious interior, great central location to shopping and dining, perfect beach, and superior value. Feel free to contact me with any other questions. We plan on visting again!!!

  Our family had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo. The beach was beautiful and the condo was furnished with everything we needed. The entire property was very well maintained and the pool was absolutely perfect. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our vacation...unless it lasted a little longer ; )

  I am in love with your condo!! Perfect!! & a noted very good feeling of pure comfort. LOVE the master bedroom! Great view of ocean, pier, and sunsets! Will definitely visit again. 5 Stars for sure***** Thank you again!

  Yes Howard -- we had a wonderful trip. The weather was absolutely perfect. Our beautiful little 5 year old grandaughter had a great time in the sand, water edge and pool. It was her fall break from school. I was a little concerned about the weather but now convinced Oct may be an ideal time to go there. We all loved the balcany & awesome view but didn't see any dolphins. overall, a very enjoyable 5 days. But, yes, we returned to our Blairsville home to cold weather this week, but thank God nothing like the sad condition the people in the NE coast are enduring. Thank You

  We had a wonderful time for the few short days and nights that we were there. We did not see any dolphins but did see sting rays at sunset near the pier. We were blessed with beautiful weather and calm waters the entire time. Your condo was excellent and we truly enjoyed the stay and especially the view. Thank you.

  OMG this was the best vacation ever! Howard (the owner) and the staff at the Sterling Reef are totally awesome and want to ensure that all your needs are met! Howard (the owner) even took time out of his day to find my mom and dad a unit in the complex when they decided to come down with us at the last minute! The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. We would sit at night and watch the dolphins play by the pier. The kids would go from the beach to the awesome pool then back to the beach and so on all day long! The condo is close to all the ammenites like Wal-Mart and Pier Park (great shopping). The complex was quiet and we did not have to worry about our brand new car getting all dinged up and being broken in to. St. Andrews State Park is about a 10 minute drive down the beach where we saw live alligators up close and collected shells at the most beautiful place in the world - Shell Island! We will be back next year for sure! Thanks Howard ... I could go on and on and on!!!!

  We had a fantastic stay and loved your condo. The weather was great, we all agreed that this was the perfect time of year to visit Panama City Beach. Nice breezes and gorgeous sunsets right from your balcony. We got some really great pics of the sunset and beautiful sky over the gulf on Friday evening 9/16. We have nothing but wonderful reviews to share. Gorgeous views and sunset if possible. We will certainly be in contact for future stays. We see no need to stay anywhere else on PC Beach, your place was perfect! Thank you!

  We love your condo it is fantastic. We arrived around 7:00 last evening and were able to access the key and rental information with ease through the phone and box outside the office. we are having a wonderful time the weather is great the ocean is beautiful! We had a great day yesterday at Pier Park and we did see porpoises yesterday morning from the balcony. We just love your condo and the view is awesome. we will certainly be contacting you for future stays, your place is perfect for us!
