OMG this was the best vacation ever! Howard (the owner) and the staff at the Sterling Reef are totally awesome and want to ensure that all your needs are met! Howard (the owner) even took time out of his day to find my mom and dad a unit in the complex when they decided to come down with us at the last minute! The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. We would sit at night and watch the dolphins play by the pier. The kids would go from the beach to the awesome pool then back to the beach and so on all day long! The condo is close to all the ammenites like Wal-Mart and Pier Park (great shopping). The complex was quiet and we did not have to worry about our brand new car getting all dinged up and being broken in to. St. Andrews State Park is about a 10 minute drive down the beach where we saw live alligators up close and collected shells at the most beautiful place in the world - Shell Island! We will be back next year for sure! Thanks Howard ... I could go on and on and on!!!!

We had a fantastic stay and loved your condo. The weather was great, we all agreed that this was the perfect time of year to visit Panama City Beach. Nice breezes and gorgeous sunsets right from your balcony. We got some really great pics of the sunset and beautiful sky over the gulf on Friday evening 9/16. We have nothing but wonderful reviews to share. Gorgeous views and sunset if possible. We will certainly be in contact for future stays. We see no need to stay anywhere else on PC Beach, your place was perfect! Thank you!

We love your condo it is fantastic. We arrived around 7:00 last evening and were able to access the key and rental information with ease through the phone and box outside the office. we are having a wonderful time the weather is great the ocean is beautiful! We had a great day yesterday at Pier Park and we did see porpoises yesterday morning from the balcony. We just love your condo and the view is awesome. we will certainly be contacting you for future stays, your place is perfect for us!

We had a fantastic time! Weather was perfect except for one quick afternoon storm, we sat on the beach, at the pool, went to the pier, went to Pirate Island golf for fun. All were excellent choices. We went to Schooners restaurant, Pineapple Willy's and The Boatyard, the last I would most highly recommend, but all were great. The view was amazing and we loved the big balcony. The condo was great- we ate in all meals except 3-4 so we cooked a lot. The kitchen was well stocked except for things like salt and pepper- coffee filters, paper towels and dish soap. I am so glad we found your condo.

The only down fall was that our trip was too short! Weather was perfect, water was a little chilly but beautiful. I took my early morning walks up and down the shoreline, watched beautiful sunrises and sunsets. I recommend Sharkey's restaurant. Food and atmosphere were great! Wish we had a place where I live. I think that type of place would do very well. Yes you may send your link. I would recommend your condo for future guests.

Great condo Howard! Convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Very clean. Loved the free long distance phone service. We ate at Sharkeys...would recommend this place. Great food! Would highly recommend this resort and condo. Howard was very accommodating and prompt with his call backs when needed. We had a great time; just always too short!

We had a great time at the condo. Although there were a large number of spring breakers staying there so it was a little noisy occasionally at night. That's really the only downside, and was a relatively minor inconvenience. We played golf three times during the week and the weather was wonderful. We visited Pier Park one day and really enjoyed it. We also had dinner one night at the Capt's Table in Panama City and the food was delicious. The view from the condo was wonderful. We enjoyed the sunsets and sitting out and watching the folks on the beach.

We enjoyed staying at the condo very much. The view was wonderful and the convenience was so nice. The kids loved the pool, as did we, being large enough to swim laps in. Everything in the condo was very family oriented and helpful: plenty of dishes and utensils, plenty of towels, the table on the deck and all the chairs were great to have, the table in the room was perfect for card playing. Being on the 3rd floor was nice feeling closer to the ocean and we were able to use the stairs without being exhausted when we got to the room. We enjoyed several restaurants, Captain Anderson's, Pompanos, Angelo's and Pineapple Willey's. We had perfect weather and only had really bad seaweed one day. The room was clean and comfortable. You were very responsive and we would definitely consider renting through you again. It seemed like the rental beach chairs/umbrella were closer to the ocean this year. We usually set up a cabana type structure (we have 18 people in our group-my parents, two brothers and their families), and had to set it up closer to the public beach as a result. The weather was good. Yellow flag most of week, but the water still seemed fairly calm. The city pier is finished. We fished there one one day. We caught a lot of bait fish, but nothing to write home about. They added a length or two to the pier closest to your condo while we were there. That was pretty interesting watching them work with huge cranes. This pier now extends out a few hundred feet. My understanding is it will eventually extend out about 1500 feet. We ate at Back Porch, Hammerhead Fred's, Schooners, Billy's Oyster Restaurant, Carrabas. Hammerhead's was my favorite. The service was excellent they asked you how you want your Black Fin Tuna cooked, unlike Back Porch. where the service was good, but they black fin tuna tasted decent, but like somebody like me cooked it. Carrabas was excellent as well. Schooner's is fun, but was a little loud for my parents. We had a good time at Billy's Oyster Shack/Restaurant last year. They are more of a Louisiana/Cajun restaurant. Food was only Ok this year, and pricey. Probably will not go back. Thanks Howard for a great week. Bob

Howard, Our vacation on the beach was wonderful. My husband's family and I had a great week together. The view from your condo was magnificent and breathtaking. Your condo is very nice. We had a very nice and comfortable stay. The condo building itself is also very nice. The weather for the most part was good. It probably rained every other day (not a wash out). We ate at five guys hamburgers one day for lunch and we also ate at Bishops buffet for the dinner king crab legs (which was awesome). My husband and his son went deep sea fishing one day. The grand-kids went on a tour boat to Shell Island. For the most part we just stayed around the condo and went to the beach or just looked at the beautiful view from the balcony or from your living room. We informed housekeeping and they did pick the comforter on Sunday, cleaned and brought it back. That was the only problem. I want to thank you for opening up your home to my family. We had a wonderful visit. We are hoping to do the same next year. We enjoyed the location of the condo, so I may be calling you next year to rent for another week. My stepson will be sending pictures, when I receive them, I will e-mail them to you. Thank you, Lori

The condo was perfect!!! I brought five 16 year old girls there for spring break and they loved it. The view was wonderful and the location is great, very relaxing. My girl friend who meet me down there was very impress also and is already planning a trip to come back. Howard you have a really good personality!! EVERYONE If you plan to go to Panama City Beach this is the place stay.

Perfect!!! We have stayed in various oceanfront condos in Florida and California; however not all are created equal. Shopping for the perfect vacation spot online can leave a traveler with an unsure feeling. We have found condos that look great on the web; however not so great upon arrival. Unit 304 of the Sterling Reef is by far the best overall condo/view that we have experienced. We highly recommend this particular unit for a great view, clean and spacious interior, great central location to shopping and dining, perfect beach, and superior value. Feel free to contact me with any other questions. We plan on visting again!!!
