This truly elegant, spacious townhouse is situated in a magnificent beach front property, Emerald Hill (EH), on the Emerald Coast of Seagrove Beach, Florida. Emerald Hill is one of the top vacation resorts in Seagrove.
The townhouse (#34) has 1550 sqf of covered indoor area, plus a garage, plus 2 huge balconies, one per floor. The balconies are 200 sqf each, which makes for a total surface of 400 sqf outdoor.
This unit has a beautiful ocean and pool view from the 2 large balconies. You enter from the famous 30A road, the same where Seaside is, one mile away. the garage is on the left of the entrance. You go up the stairs to the very large living and dining area, which opens with a huge balcony onto the pool and the ocean view.
Going upstairs from there, you find 2 large bedrooms with individual bathrooms. The master bath looks like another room. Also, huge balcony on the second floor.
The unit has a very large master bedroom with a queen bed, its own bath with a large Jacuzzi. The second bedroom and the sleeping sofa downstairs in the living room both have a queen-size bed. A brand new elegant sleeeping sofa and loveseat is coming.
The unit has plenty of space, including three levels and its own closed garage. You will feel so much space around you, like you were at your own house, only, you are on the beach, and in the heart of Seagrove.
One mile from Seaside, Seagrove is the most beautiful beach in the area, 15 minutes away from the busy Destin. If you are looking for a vacation made exclusively of sunshine, ocean water, sea breezes and white sand, this is it.
There are 2 very large balconies on 2 different floors, with beautiful ocean view from the living area and the master bedroom. The unit is full of sunlight in the day, but wall to wall, 2-layers cotton curtains allow you a pleasant sleep at night in complete darkness.
A full stereo with Infinity RS5 tower speakers, a brand new Panasonic DVD player, also capable of playing audio CDs and CD-Rs, a Kenwood receiver and 2 Sony 27" TV and 2 VCRs allow plenty of indoor entertainment. Internet access on the bar counter (you need, at this point, your own computer) A video store is just accross the street.
A collection of beautiful CDs of classical, opera and jazz music will be placed for guests to enjoy. We would like to make this your home away from home, and a nice collection of music may be quite welcome.
At night, the unspoiled beach of Seagrove allows for some relaxing strolls, you may walk with your feet in the gentle surf, the moonlight, the stars in the clear sky, the pristine dunes and the sand just make you feel you are in some exotic place.
A major feature is the large pool, in the center of the property, where the kids' activities can be easily watched from all units and especially our unit. This is a unique feature, even comparing Emerald Hill to much more expensive places nearby. Once you are there, please compare our unit to surrounding properties. This will show you what a great rental value Emerald Hill is on all counts and in all seasons of the year.
It is close to area shopping and one mile to the Victorian Community of Seaside. You can participate to all cultural events at Seaside, do all the shopping and the social life, if you like, but yet enjoy a very distinct accommodation away from the crowd.
Development has come slowly here - and for long stretches of our 26-mile coastline - not at all. Here, you can still find beaches as nature intended them to be. Shorelines consisting of unspoiled sand dunes, vegetation and wildlife that is virtually untouched by man, pure white powdered sand, and gentle jewel-toned surf.
No other area in Destin or Ft Walton Beach or Panama City, will give the closeness to nature that only Seagrove can offer. You can walk for miles along the beach, you can do the bycicle trail, you can walk to Seaside by 30A or by the beach, and, once there, wander around the cozy streets and quaint stores, among the victorian cottages.
The unit is fully equipped and located for a very enjoyable stay in the winter, allowing for extra guests, long beach strolls, access to restaurants and shopping and to a Winn Dixie store.
Angelina's, a traditional, excellent southern Italian restaurant, and 30-A, a very upscale American restaurant, are across the street in walking distance.
Seaside hosts a wine festival in the fall and various events in all seasons, this is good for the winter guests.
A full size golf course is being prepared in Seacrest beach, 3-4 miles east of Seagrove. A neat shopping area, Seagrove plaza, is just across the street from the unit. Two banks are in walking distance. Tennis available nearby.
Discover Grayton Beach, rated best beach in the United States or stroll along the beach at Topsail Hill, identified as the most pristine and environmentally protected piece of coastal property in the state.
