I love the Rockies and Nederland. I still need to live in Flagstaff, Arizona for family, but I get to the Peak View Retreat House as often as I can. We stayed here July 2011 for 8 days, it was wonderful. The cabin was every bit as nice a listed and very well appointed. We loved the Hummingbirds, we filled both feeders everyday. The cabin was quiet, secluded and yet only a short distance from Nederland. We absolutely loved it and look forward to spending more time there next year.

Our April 2011 stay at Peak View Cabin was wonderful! We had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were plenty of towels. Most especially appreciated were the comforters on the beds; it got quite cold at night even in April, but those comforters kept us warm and cozy. We loved having the fire to enjoy, and with the jacuzzi tub and sauna we felt very pampered. The loft bed mattress was too firm for my taste, but the downstairs bed was perfect. I would highly recommend Peak View Cabin.

Agree with all coments from Jim in earlier review. Annabelle (owner) was very helfpul before and during our stay. Looking forward to returning with a several friends in the near future. Highly recommend Peak View Cabin.

My wife and I stayed here in January and we absolutely love the cabin! It was huge for the two of us! We kept saying we should have brought friends. The wood burning fireplace was so nice and completed the cabin. It seems pretty private with only a few other cabins close by but within driving distance of Nederland. We loved the cabin enough to skip one day of skiing and hang around the cabin watching movies! Don't hesitate to book this place if you are looking for a roomy cabin!
