Our luxuriously equipped, beautiful, 180 m2 apartment is on the 3rd floor (lift available) in a residential complex with pool, tennis courts and golf courses.
The apartment consists of a large living room with a dining room and a large balcony, which invites you to unwind. 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds (king and queen size, for 4 people), 1 bedroom with two single beds (2 people), 2 bathrooms with tub/shower/WC, a small utility room and small work room. The interior was designed by an interior designer. The apartment is equipped with 3 TVs, radio/CD. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, with a dishwasher, a large fridge and freezer, wine fridge, stove with oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer, etc.
4 bicycles that invite you to discover the impressive nature are located in the cellar of the house. On the beach you can find dolphins, pelicans and large turtles. Restaurants, shopping centre and cinemas nearby.

Ausstattung und Komfort der Wohnung, in topgepflegter Anlage, lassen keine Wünsche offen. Hier ist man einfach gerne.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
