Amenities include 3 swimming pools, 4 Tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts, shuffleboard, excercise room and clubhouse. Walking and biking trails meander throughout the trees and dunes.
The condominium, located on the 2nd floor, has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a loft. The Master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom and loft each have 2 twin beds. The unit is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
We chose quiet New Smyrna Beach as our 2nd home for several reasons; the beautiful beach, great restaurants, close proximity to Cape Canaveral Wildlife Refuge, Kennedy Space Center, Disney World, Universal Studios, and St Augustine.
