This spot was ideal for us.(Retired beach grandparents). Can't beat a short walk across the street to white sand beach,restaurant,beach rentals,beach wash rooms and entertaining dolphins ,rays and fish to watch. We kept grandkids busy shelling.Accomodations have excellent view of sunsets. Unit was very clean and everything we needed handy.Management were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed swimming in the two large pools and eating at the on site restaurant(Bonita Breeze) with live entertainment. Grocery and shopping was 5 minutes east of us. We would love to revisit soon and recommend.

Perfect couple retreat!

The condo exceeded our expectations in every way! The owner's online description was completely accurate! Everything is sooo nice! Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and wash/dryer all worked wonderfully! Cary has equipped the unit with everything needed to cook an amazing meal! We felt right at home, in a spotless condo overlooking the Gulf! A prefect honeymoon location and we even did it without a rental car! (The Next bus beach trolley was very convenient!) Barefoot beach across the street was very clean and perfect for sunsets! I'd recommend any and every couple to this place! Located in a very nice area with Fort Myers just a short 20 min drive/trolley away!

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

Excellent Condo

We absolutely loved this condo. It has the most beautiful view of Bonita Beach across the street yet at the other end was Barefoot Beach. We went to the beach daily yet if you wanted to you were close enough to shopping, Sanibel, Captiva, Lovers Key, Fort Myers Beach. The listing was extremely accurate and everything we hoped for. The condo is beautiful and updated and we enjoyed our time both in the condo and on the lanai. Across the street is Doc's Restaurant which provided good food and a wonderful atmosphere right on the beach. Cary was wonderful to work with and went out of his way to make our stay wonderful. We would highly recommend this condo to our friends and family and look forward to staying there again next year. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

Delightful well-appointed condo

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully clean top-floor apartment. The view of the gulf from the lanai was wonderful and the beach was great. The apartment was furnished exactly as described and shown in the photographs. The kitchen was well equipped with stovetop, microwave and toaster oven, but no oven (which made no difference to us). New restaurant, Captain Jack's next door, was wonderful. The owner of the condo was very helpful and informative. We would definitely re-visit in the future.

My husband and I chose to stay here while we were in Florida for a friend's wedding. We liked having access to the kitchen and washer/dryer, and to be able to sit outside and enjoy the views. It also afforded easy access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The only reason this condo did not get 5 stars from us was because of the bed. The mattress was extremely firm, and while some people may find a firm mattress therapeutic, it affected the quality of our sleep. Still, we had a good stay overall and this was a nice change from being in a hotel.

Bonita Beauty!

My husband and I travel to Bonita Springs twice a year and stay in a hotel about 2 miles from the beach. We decided to try condo living closer to the beach this time around and we had a wonderful time! This was our first use of the Home Away site and we were a bit apprehensive but Cary (condo owner) answered all of our questions and was very helpful providing us with information not only about the condo but the rental process as well which eased our minds. We would definately recommend this property to anyone travelling on their own or with someone else as it's home away from home and the view of Bonita Beach from our balcony was amazing! We will definately rent from Cary again!

Perfect spot to do nothing

My wife and I just returned from Bonita Beach after spending nearly a week in this condo. While it is small, it is perfect for a couple looking to get away without any hassle. All of its appointments are top quality and it looks as though the very attentive owner has spent a great deal of time and money on the renovation. The view from the lanai is unsurpassed, and the top floor location is quite breezy and comfortable. It's five minutes from the time you walk out the door until your feet hit the sand of what seems to be an endless beach. The area is loaded with outstanding places to eat, from the reasonably priced, to the very expensive. The Fish House and Mel's Diner were our favorites. Since the condo is outfitted with a top flight kitchen, preparing breakfast and lunch allowed us to save a great deal on our food expense. However, because there are so many great restaurants within a 10 minute drive, we dined out every night. You would do yourselves a favor by looking into this condo when considering a SW Florida beach vacation.

Spring Break Rental

My daughter and I rented this condo during Spring Break, 2009. It was our first trip to the Naples area. It was one of the best vacations we have ever had! The condo is relatively small, and Naples/Bonita Springs is a rather "slow-paced" area, so you should know that before you rent. But the whole situation worked perfectly for my daughter and I (we shared the bed), and I was specifically looking for a rather muted Spring Break location (away from the college parties). This condo is exquisitely located on the top floor of the bldg, where you can see everything. The porch is screened, and I spent several nights just sitting on the porch reading. It's a great location: you can walk across the street to Barefoot Beach, or if you have a car, you can drive ot several public beaches. We visited Loudermilk & Vanderbilt and loved both, in spite of the crowds. Everything you need is either in Bonita Springs or Naples. We plan to return every spring break now. The owner was a lovely partner in the experience. He was always available by both phone & email. He responded quickly and appropriately. The entire experience was a pleasure.
