This spectacular, 5000-plus-square-foot home is located directly across the street from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico in one of the most prestigious gated communities in the Destin area - "Destiny by the Sea." With a private pool and an elevator servicing all three floors, this spectacular vacation home is located just around the corner from the private clubhouse, pool, and spa. With breathtaking gulf views and the sandy, white beach just steps away, you will be sure to feel like you are in paradise. The three-story home includes a master suite with a king-size bed, three rooms with queen-size beds, a kids' room with three bunk beds, with double-size beds on the bottom bunks, and two sleeper sofas throughout the house. All bedrooms include their own private bathrooms. This designer decorated home has elegant stone columns, 12-foot ceilings, and decorations throughout. The main floor includes a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen equipped with Viking appliances and a gas cook top and griddle for the chef in the family. The kitchen has a large island with bar seating, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, microwave, and a dishwasher. There is a large dining area with beautiful original wall art, a relaxing sitting area with a gas-log fireplace, and a large comfortable living area with a TV/VCR. The main floor also has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a private bathroom and a half bath. The first floor boasts a huge bedroom with a queen-size bed, a sleeper sofa, a private bath, a wet bar, a laundry room and a large secondary bedroom accommodating three bunk beds and a private bath. There are French double doors that lead out from the bedroom to the private swimming pool. Also, on the first floor is a wine storage room with a refrigerator and wine racks. The third floor is complete with a master suite with a king-size bed, a sleeper sofa, and a private luxurious bathroom. This enormous master suite has an over-size sitting area with a romantic fireplace and private balcony overlooking the gulf. Also, on the third floor is the fifth bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private bath. Villa Playa is truly a dream home and has not been on the rental market in over three years!
