Bruce, Thanks so much for sharing your condo. It was perfect for our family - very comfortable and had all the essentials. Shuttle stop and access to the peaks and town was convenient. Someday, we will return for another adventure on the slopes! Thank you.

My wife and I, as well as my parents, recently enjoyed a wonderful 4 day/ 4 night stay at this property. We skied two days, and had some additional time to relax at the condo and enjoy some local attractions. It was very convenient to catch the shuttle to the base of Peak 9 for skiing, while it was a nice little walk (for those that don't mind walking; we had a car but rarely used it) into town for happy hour and dinner on the nights we didn't cook at the condo. The owner could not have been any more helpful in making sure we enjoyed our stay. Overall, a great trip -- will definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip to Breck. Thanks Bruce!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property and in the Brecenridge area. The condo was perfect for our needs and the proximity of location to Breck was great as we could just take a short stroll down the hill for dinner, shopping etc. The general location was awesome as well as we could take day trips to Vail and Aspen without too lengthy a drive and the scenery was gorgeous! The large deck was especially nice. Bruce was very helpful in suggesting activities for us. We would certainly stay here again if we were in the area.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo is beautiful and more than well furnished with anything you may need. We enjoyed the weekend skiing but will be back in the summer to take advantage of the great deck & views!!

This condo is incredibly cozy. It was sparkling clean and had everything weary travelers would need to start a vacation (shampoo, conditioner, coffee & filters, fresh towels, not to mention a great selection of movies). The view from the deck is spectacular and the bus stop right outside is especially convenient. We will rent this unit again.

My husband and I, and another couple spent a weekend here in January and had we had a wonderful time. The condo is well stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. We enjoyed being able to read by the fire, cook a few meals in, and we even watched some of the DVDs. Will definitely be coming back!

What a wonderful condo! The view from the deck is breath-taking and the deck itself nicely laid out. The condo was especially well outfitted - hosting an impromptu family dinner was a breeze. Thank you for making ours a memorable trip to Breckenridge!

We loved the condo! It was so perfectly furnished, and with lots of seating so everyone was comfotable in the evenings when we settled in to watch a movie. Fantastic trail to main street lined with the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen! Can't say enough about this wonderful condo. We've rented many, and wish they had all been this nice. Thanks again!

The condo is spacious and comfortable. It's within walking distance of town and the base of the mountain. And, it's a great bargain. Certainly, it's a great place to stay!

The condo was very nicely furnished and had plenty of space for 4-6 people and maybe more. It seemed to have everything we needed. The bus was very convenient as well. I will definitely look up this place the next time I am out in CO for skiing.
