Located in a private, gated cul-de-sac south of 30A and just ¼ mile from Rosemary Beach, Sea for Miles will soon become another family favorite beach home. Newly redecorated in 2009, this home’s spacious design makes it ideal for a large family getaway or for multiple couples to share, with 6 bedrooms set up for adults plus a second den area for the kids. Gulf views and breezes from balconies off the second and third floors, along with beautiful décor add to your enjoyment. Relax beside your large, private pool, fenced in for safety and privacy. Sea For Miles has 6 bedrooms, 5 baths and will sleep 18 people. Convenient private community beach access is just 150 leisurely steps away. There is parking for four cars. There are three separate A/C units for personalized cooling settings, plus ceiling fans in all rooms.

Outdoors at Sea For Miles, guests enjoy the large, sunny, private, 12 x 30 pool with loungers and side chairs. Brick patio joins fenced pool and house, complete with 2 Adirondack chairs, picnic table and gas grill. There is also a hot/cold outdoor shower.

Enter the first floor to find the open family room, dining room, and kitchen, all featuring Travertine tile floors. This area opens out to overlook the patio and pool. Gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, GE Profile appliances, walk-in pantry and large breakfast bar, seating 3. Large dining table seats 8. Family room features comfortable queen sleeper sofa, 2 comfortable side chairs, large coffee table, TV/DVD/VCR combination and stereo. The ground floor queen bedroom with TV/VCR is perfect for elderly guests. It adjoins the travertine-tiled hall bath with a tub/shower. Also on the first floor is the laundry room, with full size washer and dryer.

The second floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. King bedroom has a TV, side chair, bedside table with lamp, dresser, private tiled bath with marble vanity sink, shower and French doors leading to 2nd story porch overlooking pool and offering gulf views. The second King bedroom has TV/VCR, 2 bedside tables with lamps and adjoining tiled bath with tub/shower, and French doors leading to the 2nd story porch. The Queen bedroom has a bunk bed (2 twins), bedside table with lamp, TV and adjoins the same bath.

Third floor features 2 more bedrooms and baths and a play area for the kids. King bedroom has large dresser, TV and private bath, with tiled shower and marble vanity, plus French doors leading to 3rd story porch with 4 Adirondack chairs for enjoying sweeping gulf views. The second master King bedroom has a bunk bed (2 twins), TV, large private bath with spa tub, big walk-in shower, and his/hers marble vanity sinks, plus French doors leading to third story porch. Kids play area features love seat, TV/DVD/VCR and bean bag chairs.

Ample parking for up to 4 cars. Private pool with several loungers and chairs. Outdoor shower. Gas grill. Picnic table and several Adirondacks make outdoor living a treat.

Don't hesiate to rent! This cozy, clean, and comfortable home made our vacation extra nice. The beach and the beach community was great. Sunset Beach Villas is located right near the beach...3 mins to the white sandy, clear water beach. I loved the updated interior as well as the well managed exterior. The rooms were unique in decor and equipped with updated features. My family (husband and 2 small kids) relaxed and made wonderful memories. I plan to rent again in the near future. Great Place!!!

Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.

The house was fabulous! What a great location. Easy walk to beach and beautiful views. The house was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space. We had 3 different families so it worked out perfectly. We will be back! Thanks for everything! The Schneider's, West Chester, Ohio

Sea For Miles was perfect for our group of 18 (adults and teens). The photos posted for this house are a very accurate description of each room and feature. My compliments to the cleaning crew because the house was spotless when we arrived. The floor plan is perfect with the kitchen, laundry room, and living room all on the ground floor. All the bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well stocked with enough of everything for a large group. I was also impressed with the variety of pots, pans, and cooking utensils supplied in the kitchen. The house is just a short walk from the beach with no roads to cross. The pool was very clean and is a wonderful alternative to the beach once in a while. The location is ideal for renting bikes (I suggest Big Daddy's Rentals) because of the many paths and trails nearby. Bayou Bill's Seafood Restaurant is a must for a nice, filling, and delicious dinner out. I would definitely recommend this rental property to all groups looking for a stress-free vacation.
