In addition, we offer a travel insurance option at the time of booking your reservation to help cover any unforeseen circumstances affecting your travel to Steamboat - this can include a partial refund of your stay.

All reservations require a deposit of 60% of the total stay cost. Rates do not include taxes and fees.

If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy without refund.
