Playa Royale Towers are the newest buildings built by the Paradise Village Group. This unit in Tower I is located on the ocean front with direct beach access and a beach bar and restaurant with pool and beach service. Beach towel service is included (with the Paradise Village social card) and a brand new state of the art fitness center with squash courts and kids play center and pool.

The unit is 1710 square feet including a covered patio directly on the ocean (both wind and rain protected) with sunset every day of the year. Furnishings and design professionally done - not a hotel room - a real home atmosphere with all the advantages of a hotel resort.

It has been called an architectural digest home by some of the renters.

Excellent restaurants are just a short walk including resort hotel restaurants. The local shopping center has a full market with delivery service.

The second BR has two double beds and a workdesk. There is now free wireless internet in the lobby and works well in the second BR workdesk.
