This is the best kept secret on the Grand Strand. This 1700 square foot, four bedroom, three bath condominium is oceanfront and has the best views of the beach. Located on the twelfth floor (Penthouse, Corner Unit), it has seven panoramic windows overlooking the ocean plus an oversized 200 square foot balcony. The unit has been recently updated with new bedding, paint and small kitchen appliances!!!!
The smoke-free condominium is very spacious. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, private shower, and a double vanity sink. It also has a large sliding glass door that allows entry onto the balcony overlooking the ocean. One of our queen bedrooms has a private bath. The last two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom. There are two twin beds in one and a queen in the other - this one boasts an ocean view as well!! All bedrooms have spacious closets.
The foyer, hallways, kitchen, dining room and bathrooms all have ceramic tile flooring. The living room and bedrooms have been recently updated with new carpet. The kitchen has all white appliances including an electric oven and range with built-in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and refrigerator with freezer and icemaker. The kitchen has white cabinets, plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar with stools.
There is also a washer and dryer in the hallway across from the kitchen. The kitchen if FULLY furnished with Coffee Maker, electric slow cooker, many pots and pans, etc. The living room and dining room has a panoramic view with seven oceanfront windows and glass doors. The living room is adorned with a Queen-size sleeper sofa.
There is a lazy river, oceanfront pool, kiddie pool and indoor pool and lots of beach in front of the condominium. The building has a four-story parking garage and the units are located on top of the parking garage for added convenience to the guests. There are two reserved parking spaces for the unit.
This is one of the newest and nicest condominium in Cherry Grove. Do not miss out on the best deal on the Grand Strand.
