In addition there are many quality golf courses within a short driving distance that offer public play. Sponsorship is also available to the fitness center and tennis center for an additional fee.
The living room has high ceilings with a recently renovated Tommy Bahamas atmosphere that opens to the patio facing the eighth fairway and green with the Santa Rosa Mountains in the background. The living room offers a TV with expanded cable that includes four times what is offered in standard cable plus 10 HBO stations, HBO on Demand, and a DVR to record a show while you are out enjoying the day.
The master bedroom offers a new king-size pillow-top bed and a view of the fairway, green and the mountains. A large mirrored double closet and a private bathroom with two sinks and a skylight are offered. Enjoy watching TV with expanded cable in bed or take advantage of the patio just outside the sliding door.
The large second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, double mirrored closet and a private bathroom. This room also has a TV with standard cable.
The third bedroom offers two twin beds with a TV and built in desk with a computer and roadrunner high-speed internet connection. Just outside this bedroom is a third bathroom.
The double car garage with an electric opener will keep your car clean and secure. There is also a small atrium area between the garage and home with a table and chairs for more privacy. The property is located within a gated community at the Palmer Residential of PGA West.
After a fun day of golfing, shopping, sightseeing, gambling or lounging at the community pool and spa, come back to your vacation retreat to relax. You can enjoy breakfast lunch or dinner on the patio or in the dining room with a view.
