This beautiful, 3000 square foot, mountain home is just one-half mile from Alpine Meadows Ski Resort. It has a deck with spectacular mountain views. The pine paneling and accents, along with plush furnishings, create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The high cathedral ceilings and abundance of windows offer a bright and open living area with great views of the mountains and creek.
The entry level has a fully-equipped kitchen with a Viking Stove, Kitchen Aid dishwasher, and a LG refrigerator with ice maker. The kitchen opens into a dining room with a large table that seats 18 plus people and a family room with two leather couches and stereo. The living room has cathedral ceilings, stone fireplace and a 36 inch TV with a VCR and DVD player. This level also has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom.
The upper level has four bedrooms and one and a half baths. The larger master bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV. Two bedrooms have a queen-size beds each and the fourth bedroom has three sets of bunkbeds.
The lower level has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen and twin bunkbeds. Also on this level is a laundry room, work bench and a full bathroom with shower.
Alpine Meadows' and Squaw Valley's best hiking trails are practically out the front door! Barbecue area off deck with three barbecues. Community park with swimming area, tennis courts, and large lawn area.
This house is ideal for large family vacations or corporate get-aways.
