Location: Alta, Utah, USA (Located at the bottom of the Canyon. 25 minutes to down town)

Accommodations:  House, 4 Bedrooms + Den, 3 Baths (Sleeps 9-12)

We specialize in families and small groups. We provide a level of luxury with the comforts of home and we focus on service. Our property is conveniently located for access to the slopes, for shopping and for entertainment. We focus on details. There are 2 water heaters, so nobody has a cold shower. We have a humidifier for dry Utah air, high speed internet access, personal radios to contact each other when on the mountain and a crib and high chair for infants. We pride ourselves on our service. We will get groceries for you prior to your arrival. We have basic spices in the kitchen, dishwasher and laundry detergents, toiletries, etc.

We get discounts on equipment rentals, lift tickets and auto rentals and will find you better deals if we can. Please read our Guest Books for both of our properties. We are very proud of our guests' comments.

  • Hi, Norman! Our trip to Utah was a fantastic success. The skiing was better than we could have imagined - snow was falling practically non-stop. We left the ski slopes each afternoon feeling sore, tired, and absolutely elated as a result! Snowyslope was the perfect place to return "home" to and so convenient to Alta (and other areas but we stayed at Alta the whole time we liked it so much!). The house is spacious, extremely well taken care of (thanks, Bert!!), and well-equipped, especially in the kitchen which was one of the main drawing points for us to rent the house in the first place. We weren't disappointed. We're already talking of coming back and we very much hope Snowyslope will be available when we do.

  • Hi Norman, This four bedroom three bathroom “Snowyslope” house was wonderful place for our winter family reunion. It’s conveniently located for both snowboarding and skiing. The superpass lift tickets were a great value even though we did not take the shuttle. The hot tub was a great additional to the house. It helps my grown up children to relax after a whole day of snowboarding before dinner and playing Mah-Jong with Grand parents. Everyone had a great time. Thanks again.

  • Hallo Norman, unser Aufenthalt im Haus "Snowyslope" war Spitze. Das Haus war sehr sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet und die Betreuung durch Norman und Bert war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dazu hatte wir noch großes Glück mit dem Wetter und dem Powder, so dass alles wunderbar war. Wenn wir wieder nach SLC kommen melden wir uns gerne wieder. Gruss Norbert und Freunde

The location is most convenient for the ski areas and other amenities and the view of the mountains from the hot tub is sensational. The super passes were excellent value and the lack of lift lines meant we got all of the skiing we could handle. Thanks again for helping us have a great vacation

  • In 20+ years of renting vacation ski houses/condos, I have never had a more attentive, concerned, and responsive owner than Norman. He and his handy man, Bert go the extra mile in trying to make your stay enjoyable...right down to doing a comple H2O and filter change in the spa before each new set of guests arrived! I was impressed.
