The Master bedroom has a King size bed, armoire with TV and is decorated in the "Tommy Bahama" motif with a slider out to the pool and private patio.
The Guest suite also has a King bed and a private sitting area with 2 love seats, and an armoire with TV. Perfect area for your guests to retire in privacy. Large Den with Queen size futon, desk & wall to wall bookcase. The beautiful living room and dining room (which seats 6 guests) are filled with a wall of windows looking out to the pool and an unobstructed view of the Santa Rita Mountains. The living room also has a gas fireplace to keep you warm on chilly evenings.
Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in most rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need for fun and entertaining. Quaint kitchen eating area and bar stools make this a perfect space. Full size washer and dryer inside. Huge 2-car garage is attached. We provide weekly pool service for your private swim spa.
Green Valley is a beautiful retirement community and you have access to all Green Valley recreational services including at least 12 pools, tennis courts, work-out centers and much more! 5 reasonably priced golf courses nearby. One member of your party must be at least 55 years old.
